Cesar Resort & Spa

We had such a great stay at Hotel Cesar! The staff were wonderful, especially Imane and Mohssine. Imane was so professional and handled an issue with our room quickly and thoroughly. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. She was an absolute delight to be around.
Mohssine was equally fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made our son’s stay in Marrakesh truly special. Thanks to both of them for making our time at the hotel so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Hotel Cesar.

TERRIBLE HOTEL, AVOID, AVOID.
I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with my 4 kids and every single night I woke up few times cause of noises from the rooms and room above, on 4th of my night I had to call reception to call police it was that bad.
The room sound proofing is very, very bad and you could hear even a conversation people having in other rooms, I couldn't sleep properly throughout my stay.
When I entered in hotel room and I saw a bed which is used normally in hospitals it had 4 small wheels on them I went back to reception and requested to change the bed which they did but new bed was a hospital bed again. But much better condition so still had to sleep on a bed with small wheels.
Restaurant staff is very rude and aggressive when I complained to the reception lady she did nothing the reception lady has terrible attitude,
One good point was another receptionist lady name (Imane) she was polite and professional she solved issues which I had.
Heated pool was only 2 and half to 3 foot deep it was terrible.
It was 5 star hotel and I paid alot of money but at the end I received no service, no luxury.
On roof they have night show, they have loud music on till late.
I would never recommend this hotel and it was a terrible choice of mine for this hotel,
AVOID AT ALL COST. It is not worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at Cesar Resort and.
I stayed for one night, and everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The reception was great, and the restaurant was also very nice. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and professional.
I would like to give a special thank you to one lady at the reception named Imane, who was very helpful and friendly, and also to the lady who was making tea in the restaurant — she was so kind and made me feel at home.
Thank you all for the amazing service. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again soon!

A Memorable Stay at César Hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at César Hotel and want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team who made my experience truly special.
We had a small issue at the reception, but it was quickly and professionally resolved—thanks to the efficient management, everything was handled without delay, which I really appreciated.
The reception team was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality set the perfect tone for a relaxing stay.
Thank you as well to the waitstaff—every meal was a pleasure, and your kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
A special mention to Siham from the spa: your care, professionalism, and positive energy made my spa experience unforgettable. Thank you for your exceptional service.
The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices.
The room was very clean, the amenities were excellent, and the pool was simply perfect.
The rooftop experience was a highlight—the tapas were delicious, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was just perfect.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend*
I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. Here’s why:
1. No Wi-Fi in the Room.
In today’s world, having reliable Wi-Fi in the room is a basic expectation. Unfortunately, there was none, making it incredibly inconvenient for work or leisure.
2. Misleading Spa Facilities.
Despite the hotel having “Spa” in its name, the facilities were underwhelming. There were no accessible saunas or hammams for guests. Instead, they offered massages and hammam cleaning sessions that required reservations—hardly the relaxing, on-demand spa experience one would expect. It was still under construction, but the smell was horrible.
3. Loud Music Until late at night.
Every evening, loud music with a deep bass played until 3 AM, making it impossible to fall asleep. The sound was clearly audible in the room and completely disrupted the nights.
4. Unprofessional Service Atmosphere.
While there were plenty of staff present, they spent most of their time chatting amongst themselves rather than focusing on the guests. This created a casual and distracting atmosphere in the lobby, far from the attentive service one expects at a hotel. It felt like my and family were disrupting their “fun” conversations.
5. Poor Breakfast Quality.
The breakfast was disappointing—neither fresh nor tasty. It felt like minimal effort had been put into offering a satisfying start to the day.

I have visited Marrakech regularly for the past 12 years with my girlfriend and sadly this was the worst stay I have encountered. I am only giving 2 stars as the receptionist was lovely, but apart from that this hotel is not recognition worthy. The hotel in general did not feel clean. The pool area was dirty with leaves and bugs floating in the water consistently. The restaurant lacks variety! Not somewhere I would recommend.

I stayed at Cesar Resort and Spa in Marrakesh for one week, and it was by far the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unhelpful and incredibly rude. Despite my clear reservation for 7 days, they tried insisting I had only booked for 3. They even went as far as saying Love Holidays is a scam and that they don’t work with them anymore—completely unprofessional and alarming.
The service throughout the stay was shockingly poor. I was told I had to pay £10 for a small bottle of water, even though I overheard them telling other guests that water bottles are free. The inconsistency and dishonesty were appalling.
The main person we had to deal with was Yahya, who was dismissive, unsympathetic, and made us feel completely unwelcome. His attitude alone ruined what should’ve been a relaxing holiday.
This experience has put me off ever returning to Marrakesh. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and outstanding customer Service. A nightly free show that keeps you entertained and a good food. Love to come back next year. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Tow swimming pools outside and inside. Close to Medina and square.

Very beautiful hotel, good service level. Notwithstanding the level is not exactly at a 5 stars level. The room was at a very high level but the bathroom more like a 3 stars then 5. Then the worst part was the SPA, I never saw a 5 stars SPA without sauna or hammam. The hammam was intact "busy", I don't even know how possible to present a SPA with an hammam not available for everybody. At the end there was just a pretty pool, with an extreme quantity of chlore (impossible stay more then 10 minuts) and with walls ruined by humidity and mushrooms. I strongly unsuggest this hotel if the SPA is part of your needs.

Have a wonderful long weekend here, everything great.
Weather was fabulous, we were very lucky and a balloon trip over the Atlas Mountains was incredible.
All the staff were excellent and professional, though special mention but go to Oumalma, Mohcine and Taha who were wonderful.
Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, would totally recommend.
We will be back!

Stayed there for three nights with my husband and I had a wonderful time there. We loved that staff understood and could speak English, which is not very common in Morocco. The breakfast buffet offers a great choice and there is an excellent room service. They have lovely outside area with pool and a Spa area with heated pool. They also have a great roof top bar with DJ.
Special shoutout to Soukoina, Azzeddine, Simo, Omor and chef Rouhssin. I hope that all the names are correctly spelled, if not, then my apologies.
It was a perfect end to our Morocco trip thanks to Cesar Resort and Spa.

First day here, the two receptionist ladies were fine. Check in was smooth. We booked the suite due to pool and rooms looked great but things are a bit old. Wi-Fi is so slow, and as I run my own firm, last thing I need is being at a 5 star hotel with no internet. When I reported it, they said was an issue with my phone” which was false” It took several hours to resolve this matter and in the end they brought a Wi-Fi box which works fine. It’s also very alarming the safety matters this hotel have! I was in shock when I turned on the hairdryer and it started to smoke and fire started to spark… called reception, 2 men came, no care whatsoever and it’s as if they are use to it. They said it happened because “ I dried my hair which was wet” to confirm all I did was turn it on. This hotel most certainly have some real safety concerns! An hour later they came to spray the room to remove fire smoke but did not replace hairdryer. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel! They have real safety concerns and no point complaining to anyone, as they don’t really care. Drinks and food we ate were lovely and have nothing bad to say on that aspect. I have been to Morocco before and had a fantastic time with great 5 star experience. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, at best 3 star. We are a well experienced and travel the world, if you want 5 star this is not it! Some staff great you and some dont, some of the staff need training.
