Extraordinary Experience on a mystical and amazing city. The palace is simply fantastic. Staff care for accommodating your needs and making you feel welcome, attention to details. Breakfast is open until late and it’s a plus to take your time and enjoy everything.

This hotel was gorgeous. We had a suite and the room was beautiful. The staff are very nice and we had treats left in the room many times a day. The hammam was incredible so you should definitely do it. I would say that the food at the restaurants are only fair though. The grounds are incredible and it’s located in a great area. Loved this hotel!

Stunning hotel with exceptional service. A wonderful 5 star hotel worth staying at.
The only opportunity for improvement is the food. Some of the food was good (not great). Other food was sub par. I had dinner in the high end Moroccan restaurant on the property and the food was beautifully presented, with amazing service but the dishes were less than mediocre.

I would like to sincerely thank Ibrahim for his exceptional service and warm hospitality, which made our experience truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, he ensured that every detail was taken care of with professionalism and kindness.
A special mention goes to the lovely Chef Si Ahmad for his outstanding dedication and delightful service, and all the équipe without exception. The buffet was beautifully presented, offering a wide variety of dishes that were not only visually appealing but also of the highest quality. Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared, a true testament to Chef.
The atmosphere was welcoming and refined, making it an ideal setting to enjoy such a delightful meal. Both Ibrahim’s attentiveness and Chef Si Ahmad’s creativity and charm made this experience unforgettable.
This exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking outstanding service, exceptional food, and a warm, welcoming environment.

Gorgeous hotel! Room service was prompt and the food was good. Had a lovely time in the spa. Room was very clean and made up daily to perfection. The lights in the room were a little tricky but you have that when you travel anywhere. Breakfast was as you'd expect. When we came back from the markets the door guys took our fruit and drinks. A little weird that they're policing strawberries and red bull but I guess they wanted us to buy their fruit, which we did, in excess. 😂. Pointless policing especially when you don't carry what I was trying to bring back which was sugar free red bull-not booze, not drugs-red bull and strawberries. 😂🙄 Had laundry done and they did a fantastic job. Loved the experience overall. It was absolutely beautiful on the grounds — so many good pictures to be taken. Room was gorgeous beyond!

This hotel would likely have been incredibly classy a few years ago, given its heritage of visitors. However, it is a bit blingy these days, puffed up with its own pretentiousness. It is also a bit tiresome to have the security guards (and body scanner) screen you and question you at the entrance to the hotel. This hotel seems to be for those who live on Instagram (it is very “Instagrammable”). If that is you then you will love this place. If you want a more authentic Marrakesh experience then stay elsewhere.

One of the best hotels in the world, without a doubt. You can truly feel the history and legacy behind how it’s been run for generations. The staff is exceptionally well-trained and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed with the SPA—the front desk service could be more approachable, scan the QR code to get SPA menu” felt far from a luxury experience. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect a more personalized touch rather than relying on technology for basic services.

My wife has wanted to come here for years. We finally came for 5 nights to celebrate milestone birthdays this year. We had very high expectations and after 3 days here, I can tell you they have way exceeded everything we had hoped for.
The beauty of the hotel & the grounds are beyond accurate description. The friendliness and expertise of all the staff is amazing. They truly made us both feel special.
On our 5 days, we are doing a perfect mix of enjoying the hotel, the beautiful pool, and the bars & restaurants, and also exploring Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains.
We have 2 days left here and I am trying to make the minutes go by as slowly as possible because I never want to leave!

Beautiful iconic hotel with a very rich heritage. Beautiful newly renovated public space. Rooms are nice but not amazing, and a bit dark. Amenities for a luxury hotel are well below average, as is service. Staff is friendly, but some lack in sincerity. I went with great expectations but was not impressed. We were informed breakfast was included in our room at check-in, however at checkout they apologized and said it's not possible after all. They are very unaccommodating to guests for a luxury hotel. Let's just say that it wasn't the magical experience we were expecting for such a celebrated hotel which has received many awards.

The hotel was very impressive! Beautifully decorated, both modern and traditional in the same time!
And the service was maybe one of the best in the world! The staff was at all time very friendly and helpful, anticipating every possible need we had! It was really an amazing feeling! We loved it!
We tried several restaurants and all were great (the Italian, the Moroccan, the breakfast place, Churchill bar, Salon de The).
And again, the service in the hotel… no matter what part of the hotel we were at; was top-class!

Wow! What an absolutely splendid hotel. We came for early evening cocktails and it was so worth it. The hotel clearly welcomes visitors not staying at the hotel who just want to loom around, there’s a room dedicated to signed photos of all the famous guests who’ve stayed there. The gardens are extensive and fabulous. The drinks were good and all pretty reasonably priced, particularly if you compare it with Nobu Hotel.
A must!

La Mamounia isn’t just a hotel; it’s a place where unforgettable memories are made. Even after two years, I can still say with certainty. It was perfection in every detail.

La Mamounia Hotel is simply flawless. It boasts the best location in Marrakesh, especially for those who have never visited Morocco. You can easily walk to the Medina in just 15 minutes. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast with many options and extremely attentive service… the staff truly makes you feel at home. The hotel is large, with a well-equipped leisure area. The pool area is absolutely stunning! Definitely the best choice for enjoying Marrakesh!
