This hotel offers a traditional atmosphere and a calm, quiet setting, which may appeal to travelers who enjoy classic Moroccan-style properties.
The building itself feels somewhat old, although it appears to be reasonably well maintained. Guests who prefer modern or newly renovated hotels may find it less suitable. As this was my first visit to Morocco, it was difficult to judge the local standard, but I would recommend not setting high expectations for room views. My room faced an inner courtyard, and due to the layout, there was some visibility from outside, which could be a concern for guests who value privacy.
The hotel consists of only 17 suites, and it did not feel crowded during my stay, allowing for a relaxed experience. The property overall feels not overly polished yet, but this was balanced by the kindness of the staff — everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.
I also dined at the restaurant, where the food was enjoyable. Breakfast was a standard buffet-style offering and was satisfactory.
As this was my first trip to Morocco, I arranged a private tour for the entire journey. However, if I had been selecting accommodations independently, I might have considered exploring other hotel options based on reviews and personal preferences.
Overall, while the value for money may not stand out, the hotel could be a reasonable choice for travelers who appreciate a traditional Marrakech atmosphere and warm hospitality.

A truly unacceptable experience.
A week ago, we booked an appointment for four people, and we arrived excited and expecting a high-quality Moroccan hammam. Instead, we were met with a shocking level of unprofessionalism.
They crammed three of us into a tiny room that was barely suitable for one person. The women responsible for the scrubbing were completely unskilled, taking turns in a disorganized and careless way.
The surface we were lying on was so unbearably hot that I couldn’t tolerate it and had to stop the scrubbing altogether. I ended up completing the bath on my own, which defeats the purpose of visiting a hammam in the first place.
Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and unworthy experience that does not reflect the standards of a reputable Moroccan hammam. I strongly urge the management to seriously reconsider the quality of the services they are offering.

This boutique hotel is a real gem. I can't recommend it enough. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great location too.
Cons: there is no gym.

We stumbled upon this spa by chance and treated ourselves to a couples’ hammam and massage. We were truly surprised – everything was perfect! The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing, the staff were more than friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was a full 10 out of 10. We would book again.

Paid for a suite, which was large and decorated in morroccan style, however there is an adjoining door to the next room (locked) but we could hear everything through it every time they went in and out a loud banging noise as the door was closed and their talking.
The room was accessed via the garden, which looks nice, however we could hear everything going on, people sitting in the garden chatting and drinking those also meant we had to keep our curtains shut so we had some privacy.
The shower was cold. As we were only there two nights we only told them when checking out. So I didn't give them the chance to rectify, but this should be checked daily when the house staff are in.
Roof top pool was cold and couldn't get in.
No breakfast menus. So no idea what was available, other then the buffet style that was laid out.
My wife asked for chips at lunch time, which she was told they didn't do, except we had them the previous day with burgers. (they call them French fries)
The staircase leading from the rooftop pool area had no lights so when leaving the area in darkness this was a danger, if there are light in the stairwell, then a sensor to operate them would be a good idea.
The staff were friendly.
This hotel wasn't for us, it tried, but missed the mark.

Amazing experience at the Silage Palace. Everyone we came across was extremely friendly, helpful. Fatima the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us anything we asked for. I will highly recommend this place to our friends and family and we will definitely return to this beautiful Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We've just returned from the Sillage Palace. Situated next door to the Mamounia Hotel and opposite the Koutoubia Mosque gardens — it's a 10 minute stroll to the main square. We were welcomed by Sana and Nouhaila (Noelia), everyone is so friendly, it's like staying with family. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, the gardens are a haven of tranquility and immaculate. Breakfast is served overlooking the garden. Special mention here to Little Yasmine and Zahira the waitresses who serve with a smile. Abdelghani the head waiter/manager makes sure you have exactly what you require and nothing is too much trouble. Best shower ever and huge bed — big TV with hundreds of channels in every language. I can honestly say that any future visits to Marrakech we will return here.

Really nothing negative to flag… Maybe just that my phone's location was thinking I was in the Mamounia next door, not giving enough credit to this very nice, small hotel.

What a gem in Marrakesh. Just outside the Medina, the location couldn’t be better. After the most delicious breakfast we then explored the Medina and many beautiful gardens but to come back into the hotel with the calmness of the pool and the bird song was just perfect.
All the staff were amazing special mention to Sana on reception, Yasmine, Zahira, Abdelghani and a wonderful massage by Ichrak.
We will definitely be back.

I was looking for a peaceful, safe and a bit of a luxurious hotel to stay at and I can confirm I defined got it at La Sillage. They have orange trees in the courtyard, and the atmosphere + breakfast is wonderful. The staff was super attentive and the service personalized to us. Would definitely come back! We stayed here for 3 nights and then went to stay in a riad around the souq for the experience. I would recommend staying in a hotel for first few days and getting into a riad if you are planning to as riads can be inconvenient in some ways because they are built different (not a bad thing but just got to plan your trip properly)

Staff made a great effort to make my husband’s birthday very special by a surprise I organised.
Very friendly staff.
Lovely roof top pool.
Good food.
Good internet.
I paid 150 dinar for a cake and the staff had bought some roses and candles too.
Cons.
No alcohol.
Breakfast good spread but wanted extra orange juice and they tried charging us for one juice; didn’t give us a warning it’s chargeable when we requested.
Spa treatments over priced.
Airport drop — hotel arrangement is over priced. Usually a taxi will cost 35 dinar to 45 dinar.
When we bargained they reduced the price to 100 and got us taxi from the road.
If you stay here; suggest you arrange your own taxi from the taxi apps if they get a regular taxi no point paying double. The car they ordered didn’t even have space for two suit case even though I mentioned, need a spacious car.
Anywhere in the world I have travelled for your birthday you get a complimentary cake but not here. Perhaps in Morocco you don’t get complimentary cakes in hotels.

We had a fantastic stay! All the staff members were very kind! The food was amazing and the massages were one of the best we had in our lives with my wife. The location is also great, 10min walk to the square Jemaa El Fna, 5min walk to the koutoubia.
Can only highly recommend this establishment.
