Hotels in Marrakech with Breakfast

Absolutely fantastic Riad. So clean and peaceful in the bustling city of Marrakech. A real oasis. The wonderful staff were so helpful and friendly. We couldn’t fault our stay one little bit.

We have just spent 4 nights staying st this riad and can't recommend it highly enough. The accomodation is stunning.

An excellent well located Riad, right in the centre of the Medina. Its near to the souks & good restaurants.
Its down a typical alleyway, then open the door & its like stepping into a different world.

Fabulous stay in the heart of the medina. Perfect base for exploring and the riad is just beautiful. Very accommodating staff and fantastic rooms. So glad we chose this riad, everything was perfect.

What truly sets this riad apart is the kindness and care of the people. Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and thoughtful, making us feel not just welcomed, but truly at home.

Fabulous Riad, great location with easy access to the Medina centre and Souk. Local shops, cafe and restaurants. Food in the Riad is also outstanding.

Amazing stay at this riad nested in the old medina. Hosts were warm and helpful, rooms were clean. And the place was quiet despite being not far from the loud medina.

Such a great Riad! We loved our stay. Very worth the price. Omari was very friendly and helpful. He helped us book a tour. He made the experience staying at this Riad even better.

Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm.

We stayed as a group of 3 female friends. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Livia in the heart of Marrakech's medina.

The staff were extremely gracious and attentive! In particular, the housekeeping and laundry team were amazing (thank you Nowal, Samira, Karim, and Fatima)!

Beautiful hotel! Stayed for 9 nights. The staff were all so wonderful, the hotel is beautiful and great food. ATM’s on site and taxi rank out the front.

I stayed in the Riad for a week in January with wife and two teenagers.

We had our first hammam experience here, and it was glorious.
With English and French spoken, we got by and laughed a lot… particularly on applying the clay!

A lovely riad two minutes from Tinsmith Square.
The high atrium is charming with a small plunge pool at one end. Rooms are varied in decor, all charming and traditional.

The Riad was lovely, small and personal.

We stayed for 4 nights at the riad, Hakim welcomed us and explained everything for the city and not only since the beginning. Very close to Medina in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location in a quiet alley in the kasbah. The staff were all delightful and the breakfast was delicious. The communal areas were very peaceful to relax in and the room was lovely.

Fantastic place in Marrakech!

What an amazing place to stay!

Great place to stay. It's like an oasis in the midst of bustle and hustle of the Medina. The staff is very friendly, attentive and discreet at the same time.

Our rooms a bit small, no space for luggage. Constant music from the roof restaurant until 10pm. No reason to have a noisy riad when there is plenty of noise outside.

Enchanting Riad, I had a truly wonderful, comfortable five days at this perfect Riad. The decor within every part of this beautiful building is authentic and true.

A wonderful place in the heart of Marrakech!

We stayed at the Riad and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hospitality was exceptional—every member of the staff was incredibly kind, courteous, and always willing to help.

We stayed at the Barcelo Palmeraie Oasis Resort for our first ever couple’s holiday and it was absolutely perfect.

Firstly, what a place. What a find. Would 100% go back with family and friends. The villas are beautiful and very well maintained.

This place is a true gem outside the busy city of Marrakech. We stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The staff is great, especially Sofia and the ladies at the spa. Spacious rooms with air-conditioner.

Friendly and professional staff welcome you in a lovely and unique setting.
The pool is a central feature with many of the rooms around it.
Dinner was good also, on the terrace overlooking the pool.

Palais Rhoul is not only the most beautiful setting, the team that work here are so kind and willing to make everything possible and perfect during your stay.
