We had a lovely stay at the Riad! The atmosphere was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep—waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was a beautiful touch.

Loved our stay in this special place. Unique suite accommodation right in the Medina. Clean, safe, super breakfast (and dinner option if required). Very personal feel to the place.

Five nights in the Riad Tzizwit. Five minutes inside the Medina — or old town — once you know the way. Loved it. Friendly helpful staff.

My cousin Jenny and I stayed at Riad Tizwa Marrakesh in February on the recommendation of friends. It more than met our expectations.

I want to preface that I did not stay at this Riad but my friends did. Although I didn’t stay there, Marieme hosted me as well when my friends checked in for a welcome drink/snack.

This absolutely divine hidden gem in the Medina of Marrakech was recommended by a fellow Aussie and we had the most amazing stay here for 3 nights in September 2025.

Very nice Riad. Very central. Nice rooms, rooftop courtyard. Friendly team. Not the cheapest and the coffee not great at breakfast. Otherwise excellent.

It was like a dream come true to be accommodated here!
The riad is very nicely maintained, with lots of greenery, orange trees and birds singing among them made us start the days in such a good mood!

Beautiful Riad with wonderful staff, food was amazing. Something different for breakfast each day and we had a romantic meal for 2 arranged on our first night which was delicious.

It’s my third time at this riad, and I’ll definitely be coming back. They have always been incredibly attentive and helpful.

So many amazing things I could write about this stay!
1. The location is great.
2. The rooms are a great size and cleaned to perfection every day.

Great place to launch your Marrakech adventures. The location is perfect — about 2 minutes walk to the main square. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are very clean. Safe.

From start to finish my stay at riad marraplace was superb. I wish I was staying longer. My airport transfer worked really well and took stress out of arrival in a foreign land alone.

We loved the location, just two minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square yet still quiet inside. The room was lovely too – nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and with very comfortable beds.

I stayed 3 nights in this Riad very close to the Central square. Being a female arriving after midnight, I was concerned about my safety.

We stayed in Riad Timila for 3 nights. It is was the best choice! As we found it very hard to choose when we looking for Riads to stay in the heart of the bustle and hassle of the Medina — old town.

From the outside it is just a wall (as in the rest of the Medina) but beyond a small black door is a little paradise hosted by a very frindly couple that helps you with whatever your problem is. As

From the moment you arrive, it feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into the most elegant, soulful home.

The hospitality here is amazing! The riad is beautiful, even smells amazing when you walk inside, and it's kept very cool and clean.

What an absolute gem of a riad.

We just spent 3 nights in this riad and it was exceptional. The staff, especially Said, was most accommodating and helpful in any aspect. The room was big and nice.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. All the staff, from the cleaning lady to the hotel manager were incredibly kind and caring.

We stayed for 4 nights in the sultan room. A small riad with great hospitality. The staff are really lovely and so helpful. Meeting us on arrival and walking back with us on departure.

The Riad is definitely off the beaten path. You have to navigate an empty alleyway that winds around quite a few turns but honestly, we did feel safe trekking it during the day and night.

A stunning riad, perfectly located in the heart of the city—close to every attraction yet tucked away on a quiet little street, far from the chaos of the Medina.
