Amazing hotel with extremely friendly staff,
They sent someone to pickup our luggage and walk with us to the hotel.
Gave us a free late check out.
Breakfast was very nice. The room was incredible!
Location is perfectly situated in the center of the souks.

Gorgeous riad, perfectly located in the medina. Easy to access the main streets and souks, but tucked away enough where it's quiet and peaceful inside. We had a lovely stay. The rooms are beautiful, kept very clean by the staff, the rooftop terrace is lovely in the afternoons, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is what really set this place apart; kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you!

The Joya is a wonderful place to return to throughout a busy day in Marrakech. Rest, recharge, hang out. It's beautiful. Noureddine and the team are attentive hosts. My son and I took an early trip to Casablanca and Noureddine was up early with coffee and good company. A magical place!

The rooms, furnishing, baths, and riad as a whole are such a delightful sanctuary… peaceful, light and cooling… steps away from the energy of the souk. Built anew just over 10 years ago, it's elegant and well-cared-for. Guests are well-cared-for, too.
Airport pickup worked smoothly as did sending me off to various museums, reservations, and rendezvous gates. Breakfast was beautiful with several local breads and cheeses, freshcut fruit, real yogurt, and a lovely nus nus coffee on request. (Omelette available but was more than I needed)
I returned on my next visit to Marrakech.

An excellent boutique Riad centrally located in the Medina. Elegantly furnished, comfortable with good attention to detail. The service provided by the ever-present courteous manager, Noureddine and his obliging staff just added to the overall ambience. Early breakfasts and a dinner request for later than usual were provided with aplomb. Nour, even escorted us to a restaurant in the Medina, noting landmarks for our safe return trip.

On our first trip to Morocco, Riad Joya became our home in Marrakech. It has many virtues. The manager, Noureddine, is a master of hospitality. His small team is no less remarkable, starting with the dear Fannane. The room was spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and welcoming. Everything works. Dates, almonds, fruit, flowers, and water were replenished daily. The Wi-Fi could be better, but the instability seems structural, as it occurred in all the riads we stayed at in other cities. Premium airport transfer is included in the daily rate, and it’s essential for locating the Joya in the medina’s labyrinth. Excellent Moroccan-style breakfast. Be sure to have at least one meal there. At the dinner we had, we enjoyed the most delicious and refined tagine of our entire trip through the country.

Loved Riad Joya. A gem of property. Perfect location. I was fortunate to get a gift certificate to this establishment. I took my bestie who happens to be Morrocan. I was emailing Nouredine constantly to sort out room, airport pick up, excursions, guide, restaurants. Everything I requested was catered for and always answered promptly.
The meeting at the airport with our own chauffeur service felt like queens. Nouredine met us personally at the Road and we had our own bulter service with Fennon. Our housekeeper, cook. The breakfast was amazing. The location is near Medina. The hosting is impeccable. A home from home feeling. Thank you to all the staff it made my stay in Morroco really enjoyable. A hot air balloon excursion recommended. A real beautiful place the rooms were so stylish, simple and elegant. Highly recommend and definitely coming back again.

Absolutely wonderful 4 night stay at this riad. Nordeeen and his whole team (in particular Fenon & Samo) were very service oriented and provided a wonderful service from the time we arrived to the time we left! No request was too much — from accompanying us through the Medina to our pickup to arranging a hammam / massage / special vegetarian meal in situ. The riad is very well located close to many restaurants and walking distance to many of the touristic sites we visited (but be prepared to walk and manage the crowded alleyways of the Medina! ) Will definitely stay here again.

We were attracted to Riad Joya by the good reviews, and the way it has been decorated, in slightly minimalistic but still Moroccan style. Italian owners. Noureddine was really helpful, and his staff all courteous and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous, and food excellent. Very centrally located, if a bit difficult to find. Would recommend.

Fantastic hotel — even though it's very simple (it has no TV, no elevator and does not serve alcoholic beverages), it was one of the best places we stayed in while traveling in Morocco.
The service is impeccable. Noureddine and his team made us feel extremely welcome. Because the hotel is in the medina, they met us in the main square, took our bags and escorted us to the hotel. When we wanted to explore, Noureddine himself took us out to make sure we didn't get lost.
Our room was large, clean and comfortable and very quiet.
Dinner was traditional, plentiful and delicious. Breakfast service is efficient and there's lots to choose from.

Nice hidden gem. Great location, great service, very friendly staff. Great breakfast, the list of things I liked about this place is very long. But I'd highlight the service. You really feel well taken care of. I think this is because it's a small place so they can provide customized service to guests.
Lastly, they do not ask for reviews like many other establishments that rack up high reviews just cos they solicit.

Excellent hotel. From the airport pick up to noureddine haggling to get us a better price for our taxi to our next location, we couldn’t fault this hotel. Beautiful interior, huge rooms, lovely breakfast, perfect location near the main square and staff who couldn’t do more for you.
We had seen some reviews about the location — it being down a not well lit (and not easy to find) laneway. That is true, but we never felt unsafe in marrekesh. And the hotel met us on arrival to make sure we found it ok.
Definitely recommend this riad.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were large and clean, loved every bit of it. It’s located in the medinah and near Jmaa El Fnaa, so very convenient for tourists.

Beautiful quiet riad-style hotel in the heart of the old medina in Marrakesh. Perfectly located for all the sights in the city and close to the main square. Lovely spacious rooms and incredibly helpful staff who will happily organize trips outside the city as well as giving tips about what to see and where to go.

Staying at this riad was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakesh. Nestled right in the bustling main market square, the location is unbeatable. Everything you need—from vibrant souks to the finest local eateries—is just a few steps away. Yet, once inside, the riad offers an oasis of calm, with its serene courtyard and traditional Moroccan design transporting you to a world far removed from the busy streets.
The rooms are impeccably comfortable, with cozy beds and all the modern amenities you’d need, without losing that authentic Moroccan charm. The attention to detail in the décor, from the intricate tiling to the beautifully designed furniture, makes you feel like you're living in a piece of history, with the luxury of modern comforts.
However, what truly sets this riad apart is the impeccable service, especially from Mr. Noor, the manager. Mr. Noor was almost always present, offering expert guidance and genuine care that made our stay exceptional. Whether it was a recommendation for the best local hammam, or tips on navigating the market, his advice was invaluable. His deep knowledge of the area, combined with a warm and welcoming personality, made him feel like a trusted friend. You could tell he genuinely wanted to ensure that every guest had the best possible experience.

If you are visiting Marrakech this is the Riad you should stay in. Everything was perfect! The staff was phenomenal and so helpful. The staff really took the extra time to make sure that we had everything that we could possibly need and even went above and beyond to make sure we knew we where going on all our excursions. The room was gorgeous and the food phenomenal. I could not recommend a better place to stay!

I stayed at Riad Joya for 4 nights in November 2023 with my fiance. We stayed in the domus room, it was beautiful. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. They left real rose petals all over the bed on our first night which was a lovely touch. The Riad was so well located in the medina and was very peaceful considering its location. The staff were all so friendly and very very helpful, particularly the manager. The food at Riad Joya was excellent, dinner in particular. We also had a couples hammam and massage at the hotel which was such a good experience both refreshing and relaxing. Such a great place for a few days in Marrakesh!
