Riad Ajmal

The riad is very beautiful and close to the Medina but quiet location. Halid (I don’t know if I spell right) was super nice and helpful with everything we need. Also the food was family cook and we had the best meatballs tagine.

A wonderful place to stay in Marrakesh. Tranquillity within the colourful chaos of the medina. The breakfast was very good. Everyone at the Riad was kind and helpful. Essential: Google Maps.

We had a 3-night stay at Riad Ajmal during September 2025. The room was spacious enough and clean. Freshly made breakfast was served every morning at the terrace. The staff were friendly, polite and eager to provide you with every information one might need. Location was superb — very close to the busy souks, but hidden at a quiet neighborhood. Highlight was the beautiful courtyard within the Riad — best place to relax.

This was my second stay and it was even better as the roof terrace was open and dipping pool expanded. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a lovely way to start the day. Location is perfect for exploring Marrakech and staff is amazing. Highly recommend.

Everything, beautiful Riad hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The interior is exceptional, staff are so friendly and always helping in any way they can. Couldn't recommend enough. If you are staying in Marrakech and want a Riad, look no further.

We loved every moment in this beautiful Riad. The rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated and the bed is comfortable. When we arrived we smelled Fleur D'Oranger and were welcomed by Chloé who made us feel at home and patiently and kindly answered our questions. Also Hajar was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. We would also like to mention how pet-friendly this Riad is. Our dog was made as feel welcome as us. We would definately stay here again and thank the staff of this little gem for their hospitality!

A fantastic place to stay to explore Marrakech. The riad located perfectly to easily walk in but far enough to provide that well needed peace and quiet.
The riad itself is extremely peaceful. The room was large, clean with a very comfy bed. The staff were always on hand to help us book excursions and transfers at reasonable prices. They ensured we got to our transports okay in the busy city. Ultimately, you felt extremely well looked after and we really couldn’t recommend this place enough!
The breakfast was different every morning and was very good providing us a great experience of Moroccan cuisine. We arrived quite late and had the tagine in the hotel, the tagine was fantastic and a great start to our trip.
Would gladly recommend this place to anyone!

Had a very good stay at Riad Ajmal. Chloe contacted us before we arrived and helped in booking airport transfers. She was also very helpful when booking transfers and tours for our friends.
Room was spacious and I just about had enough internet to be able to work from the hotel. The terrace was very nice as well, and the staff worked very hard to look after us.
If we return to Marrakesh we would stay here again and I can definitely recommend for couples or families! Walk into the city was easy, and local attractions are all walkable distance.

This hidden gem was recently the highlight of our 5 day adventure in Marrakech.
We had the rooftop suite which was lovely and quiet. The sunrise views are epic.
The best part of this Riad however is the staff and management.
Chloe, Ibtissam, and Khalid were so kind and helpful for all our needs including arranging a pickup from the airport and Malik who met us and guided us through the Medina to our Riad. This team are the best and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone!

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 then I would for the service. The staff have been incredible. The room and location is perfect but what makes this place stand out above the rest is the staff. They are simply magical.

I really enjoyed my stay at this riad. Great location. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The riad had a cute little pool to relax in and the breakfast was good.

I had the best time staying at Riad Ajmal. Khalid was amazing and was available 24x7 in need of help. Very budget friendly Riad and extremely gorgeous. Can't wait to go back.

The accomodation is located near a dead end (= quiet) street in the old town. We had a friendly welcome with Moroccan tea and homemade biscuits. The atmosphere of the Riad is calm and cosy, with beautiful orange trees in the inner yard. The bathroom/ shower was one of the best we've had during our trip, with a good shower and hot water. Also no troubles sleeping in our blacked out and reasonably quiet room. The fruit salad on the second day breakfast was much appreciated, as we were longing for a break from the same-style breakfast over the past few weeks.

Magical riad! We were guests in this corner of peace, where you can breathe a super positive energy! Friendly, helpful and very nice staff, excellent cleaning and service! Special thanks to Khalid who was really super!

Had an absolutely lovely stay here. The owner and the staff are very attentive and create a really heartwarming atmosphere. Location is great actually: very close to Medina and all attractions, but the neighborhood is quiet and not crowded at the same time. Room is clean and has everything needed. Definitely recommend.

This is perfect Riad for get away as a single traveler or a couple or even group of friends. Loved the charm and atmosphere of this place. It’s in a heart of Médina and has all you might need from the city center in a walking distance. From the first moment you are here — you feel like home. All the great people who work there are extremely welcoming and accommodating — fantastic service for its very reasonable price. They were helpful, always available, went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and our stay enjoyable. Eric — please send our appreciation and warmest greetings to the guys! The room was perfect, ideally clean, quite, great amenities and good food the Riad has to offer. Family feel like stay is guaranteed:) Would definitely recommend.

I just spent with my husband one of the best weeks in Riad Ajmal & hammam-Marrakech/. I felt like it was my home for a week. The staff was warm and friendly and made me feel so welcome. I planned to make a few excursions and they managed everything well. But you can also relax on the rooftop with soaking up the sun. The breakfast was truly amazing every morning. Thank you so much again for everything — it’s been an amazing stay, and we will be back soon!
