Great staff, very helpful and attentive, rooms are nice and clean but the a/c didn't work for chilling.

Very Nice, has everything you need and very well located. It Has a direct access to the square where there are cinemas, Sanborns, clothing stores, video games, fast food and this opposite to Walmart on one side and in front of Gallery Las Animas on the other, very close to Angelopolis and with access to the circuit Juan Pablo Segundo where there are different denied CIOs and Banks.

El servicio es muy bueno, tienen muchas atenciones, cuentan con varias salas de espera para ponentes lo que hace que sea muy fácil y accesible toda la ponencia.

It is very good the hotel and it backs the name of the brand, from the start they treat you with excessive kindness I highly recommend it. The room is comfortable and helpful for what it costs so the cost benefit is seen on the premises. With the food not present any problem apparently take care of every detail so that it is at its best point. I would definitely go back to this hotel, I loved it.

The room is ok. The Wi-Fi is very very bad. The place is good: market, bank, shopping, restaurants… Everithing you can do by walking.

Excellent service, cleanliness and quality, spend four wonderful days with my family in this hotel visiting this beautiful city that has several sites of historical interest, the food very well, the extra is that it is connected with the Plaza Las Animas in which you can Find a variety of businesses that give you another option to buy other types of food and miscellaneous items, from this place we move easily to different points of view, of course I will return.

This hotel is cRacteriza to always have a good quality service on the part of its collaborators. The facilities are very comfortable and modern in a great location close to everywhere. The only downside I put is that they charge you $60 per night in the parking lot.

A good place, the conference space is ideal for small groups. Even so the view in Laa boardrooms is impressive.

Good hotel to escape a weekend, has a panoramic pool, the prices of the restaurant a bit expensive, PEO no extratisfericos, has direct access to the Triangle shopping mall, a small shopping square with cinemas, fixed expenses area, a sanborns and Starbooks. In general the hotel well clean rooms and good service.

Very convenient location close to the Centre, angelopolis and easy access to Hermanos Serdan and Zavaleta/peripheral with pool and restaurant. Always packed by events. The valet by night a little expensive. Direct pedestrian access from the triangle souls.

Hotel is modern and minimalist. Well mantenidoby good attention. Sticking out of its category.

It has good location, the staff is friendly, but the cleaning was carried out after 4 pm, we were forced to leave the room to do so and they left trash in the cans.

Staff my friendly and room very nice. This place if it is worth the money you pay for the. The parking situation is half unclear but the valet are very attentive and good wave. The breakfast was rich and outside that much mojo of the floor when I bathe and there is almost no channels that are not bent me the pass very well.

It is the best hotel in puebla q and gone.
