La ubicación es excelente, frente al museo del barroco y del TEC de Monterrey, también muy cerca del centro comercial angelopolis, las habitaciones limpias y confortables, el servicio excelente.

Really nice hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would want. One thing — the shower knob that you use to get hot or cold water is reversed! So, just turn to the other side. I thought they only had cold water until I figured it out.

Nicest garden inn I’ve been in. Spacious and modern. The only drawback would probably be no restaurant option in the immediate vicinity and the hotel restaurant is so so.

The food was very good.

I liked it very much, all the staff is friendly and they are efficient. The rooms are comfortable and with enough space. The food in the area of restaurant is not the best but this is acceptable if you don't want to leave but as in all hotels is always more expensive that outside, has a business center where there are computers and multi-functional. You can print from and scan free, around is near Angelópolis but it is far from the center of Puebla.

The service was really great. The rooms very beautifull. And rhe location thats very good, neer plaza Angelópolis.

Fine hotel with great accommodations. Rooms were nice, had a great desk for working at and floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the city and the volcano. People working there were all very nice.

It is located in Angelópolis just in front of the International Baroque Museum. Good location and friendly staff. The only thing he lacks is to improve his restaurant service.

Very nice hotel on a very busy street. It's hard to get to amongst all the traffic. Thank goodness they had valet parking! The room was very clean with great views. The breakfast was elaborate and the staff were polite and friendly. I wish I could have stayed another night.

The location is nice, the rooms were really clean, and the service was great.

Very comfortable and nice. However, they had some oversights regarding the reservation, it was done in advance for 5 people asking for an extra bed and when checking-in was complex they would accept the 5 people and they did not have the extra bed available.

Excellent hotel. All in all very clean. The staff is excellent all around, will help you in all and super friendly. We had the Christmas dinner at the hotel and it was excellent and very funny.

Very cute, and very comfortable. The only bad thing is. Access is by car, and little connected with the bike, or park that is right in front. Otherwise excellent, although the restaurant Villa Rica is not so good.

The place is gorgeous, one of the best in the city of Puebla. Food is top quality and the care and facilities excellent, also the prices are the best, all your personal first-but if you visit this restaurant ask to be served by Arturo, and Marcellin, we are customers of the State of Sonora. I recommend it to all not going to repeat.

This is indeed a beautifully designed hotel located in one of the most interesting and upscale areas of Puebla. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, so our experience with the service was excellent. The restaurant, where we had two breakfasts and a meal, is just average; nothing to remember, especially considering the extraordinary, world class gastronomy that the mexican state of Puebla is very well known for. Finally, I consider this hotel to be slightly overpriced mainly because in the end it is nothing more than a little chain hotel in a large and noisy avenue.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. It is very easy to get to from the airport and is close to many attractions.

Service is a bit laggy when extra things are requested. The rest is great.

This is a fabulous hotel. In my opinion, any "kinks" they needed to work out, have been worked out. The rooms are nice and clean, the water is hot, and the beds are divine. I had dinner on site and room service, both excellent. I highly recommend the Filet, it's wonderful. The valet parking was quick and efficient. I left my charger in my car, called the lobby to ask if they'd pull my car around so I could get it out, instead they brought it to my room, FOR ME! That's service. Everyone has been extremely accommodating, exactly what I expect from a Hilton property as a Diamond member.
