Stayed a couple of days here with my family. It was such a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly sweet. They literally go out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable, especially to tourists like ourselves. Overall fantastic service, quality, and experience. Will definitely be our hotel of choice when we travel back.

The staff was great, and English friendly. They made our stay very special. The hotel is within walking distance of many great stores and other attractions.

The rooms are comfortable and cool, the service is fast the location I believe that is cool because is near from a lot of important okaces and is not so hard to arrive.

Excellent option to stay in Puebla. The facilities are of first, practically the hotel it's new. The cleanliness is excellent as are the staff they are all very friendly! Has a parking lot without extra charge. The breakfast bufet very satisfactor. And the location is great, very close to commercial centers and the historical centre.

The hotel has excellent rooms (the best are the free amenities of toilet), this close to the CAPU, has excellent variety of foreign signals in original language (DW, NHK, TV5) and high speed Wifi. The restaurant is of slow service, little varied in its menu and very expensive.

Very good remodeling, comfortable room for business traveler, free parking, Celia at reception really makes the guest experience phenomenal. The bad: scarce buffet, does not have a pool against other hotels of the range and type.

Very nice hotel, the building is brand new, it is part of the Barcelo European Hotel chain. Location is great, very near down town. The surrounding streets have very good restaurants. Valet parking is available breakfast was included in the rate. It is great for the price.

I received the new Year there with my family it was a good atmosphere. The waiter service at the banquet was slow and the food was not so generous for the price. He saw little of his experience in this kind of events.

I only went to a breakfast to one of their lounges, the facilities are top notch, the staff attention is good but could improve, the food and beverage service is just as good. The only detail that I did not like was the parking lot as I charged $50 which was made me an acceptable and reasonable price, the problem is that there is only one person receiving and delivering the cars, which generates slowness and annoyance, if you are charging waiting for a serv Icio better.

I think it's a pretty good place also you can just have a dinner and anywhere places that you think is in Avenida Juarez so for me is a very nice place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast buffet was very good and the price was great. In Addition to that even if you consume in the restaurant they charge the parking. I Just went to breakfast, I can not comment on the stays with lodging. I Hope they get better because the location is excellent.

This hotel that is part of the Barceló group is located in a beautiful area of the city of Puebla and its facilities are cosy. The rooms are comfortable and have iron, safe, coffee maker and minibar. In the toiletries should add conditioner.
When we got no buttons or staff helped us get things out of the car or put our suitcases in the lobby. They lack more attention in this part.
My room had a crack on one of the walls (I want to think it was made by the quake). Nothing to be scared of but we did warn the receptionist, I hope they fix it.
In the morning (as at 10 o'clock) we wanted to go up to the lookout and the door was closed. We were looking for someone to open and a boy was on the rise, but as it took one of my companions came down and found him talking. They should open the viewpoint early and so we avoid these dislikes.
In conclusion, I liked the hotel and would stay here again, but it is important to improve the customer service.

A good hotel, good location and very good view of floor 6 and the attention is very fast and attentive.

Well located, nice, with excellent view from the event halls and relatively new. It Baffles the elevator that although it is panoramic, is very slow and squeaks a bit. The rooms are not acoustic, and you hear the noise from the hallways and other rooms.

Nice overnight place, good rest and good breakfast. Good view of the city.

Very nice place to keep, comfortable, clean, expensive but not too much. An appropriate place for everyone.

Buen lugar para organizar eventos. Hay una vista muy buena de la ciudad desde la terraza. La comida estaba muy rica. Lo único que no me gustó es que los baños están en un piso diferente a los salones de eventos. Es un poco incomodo, sobre todo para personas de la 3era edad.

This hotel is located about two miles from downtown, they have several restaurants within a five ten minute walk. Rooms are modern, but the beds are hard. They have a breakfast buffet, with fresh juices and made to order eggs and other plates.

I liked very much in comparison to other hotels business current class with minimalist concept, quite comfortable room and good size bath and separated from the room.
They can get you much more out of the terrace of the PH, this abandoned and is a spectacular place for your view. Give cocktails of welcome on the terrace.

The location is good already that is close to the Centre and cholula. The facilities are nice.

Service, people and facilities amazing. Rooms very well decorated and comfortable. The TV we could only see the canal from the hotel. What is infamous is the bed. I have not been in bed more uncomfortable! Hard as if he were sleeping on an air mattress to the point of bursting, you have to be in the center or at the edges you fall! The pillows are like sleeping with some inflatable floats, they are as full of air. We went to an event for work and the opinion of my peers was that we woke up between 4 and 5 times a night what uncomfortable they are. If I had had a sitting area in the room I had changed into the chair. It's honestly the worst beds that I have come across. Room 511.

It is a relatively new hotel with rooms very nice as are the rooms with terrace and looks very nice. However it is very expensive.
