Puebla Hotels

The room especially the breakfast was excellent. Love it here.

Great experience all around.

I was solo traveling as a woman when I stayed here. This space was safe, warm, communal, and welcoming. The women that run this hotel are incredible. 100000/10 recommend staying here.

We were due at Casa Juarez on February 22nd but only on arriving at the bus station did we discover that the roads were closed and general violence had broken out in the wake of the killing of El

It was a very nice room with great people working the desk. The security is comforting but the area is so nice being attached to the mall. It felt more of a service than a necessity.

Great place to stay in Puebla… great staff, great rooms, great location and great food.

This is a hidden gem! Very spacious room. Super clean and nice! Great location. The staff was kind and helpful. I will come back and recommend this place!

Rooms are nice, everyone was very professional. I loved that they have Valet parking. Very secure hotel. They have a variety of alcohol. Yummy Micheladas after long walks.

It was good for a short stay except that it is quite noisy if the room is close to the staircase.
The restaurant and breakfast are quite expensive though so I didnt take there anything.

The hotel is very nice, clean and pleasant.
The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and very clean.
The breakfast service is very rich and fast.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.

This is probably one of Puebla’s finest hotel. The architecture is stunning mixing new and old. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the location is simply perfect.

Wonderful! We got a great deal staying here during the quiet season. The room was HUGE, bright, and immaculate. Super comfy bed. The shower and bath were a highlight.

We had a great time at this hotel. It is very well located and is walking distance to main attractions. The front staff and manager are very responsive and understanding.

I cannot tell you how much my family and I loved this hotel! Lalo was amazing and very helpful always helping us out with recommendations and discounts on tours.

We stayed 3 nights and loved everything about the hotel!

If I could give them 10 stars 🌟I would. I feel this hotel is underrated. It’s a beautiful historic hotel built in the 1500’s. It has served many roles since then but it’s now a hotel.

Great hotel. Clean with wonderful service. Our room on the 7th floor had great views over the city. Terrific breakfast buffet.

Pros: Great Location, Beautiful Hotel, More than Great Service.
Cons: Rooms are on the simpler side. Even the upgraded suite.

The Dear is more like a boutique hostel, or staying with a friend. The house is really lovely and everything is of a very high standard.

Stayed at The Dear for two nights and it is an amazing place. Owned and run by the family, they are very welcoming and hospitable.

I stayed there for a weekend and the stay was super comfortable, very quiet and all excellent service!

Pedro is an excellent administrator, he attended to us from the first moment with great professionalism and affection. The hotel has a privileged location to the ruins and a strong energy connection.

Hotel has a very good location, steps away from a Subway and other restaurants as well as a Circle K convenience store.

Air conditioning did not work on first night was really hot in room and even after switching rooms the next day it was still not powerful enough.

Wow! This is simply one of the best B&B stays we have ever had, in Mexico, USA, Europe, Asia.

My husband and I had a lovely time staying with Luis and Malu. Every morning we had a gourmet breakfast cooked by Mula.

Pretty nice hotel — room was clean and had good use of space. Great location and near good restaurants and sites. However, like some other reviews mentioned, the service leaves a lot to be desired.

So far so good. I've only been here one day so far, but wanted to leave an additional review.

Great location next to the main square. Easy to get around puebla by foot. The staff were really attentive and the property in itself felt very safe to stay in. My room was amazing.

The location was remarkable, and the views from the rooftop was also great.
The Wi-Fi was super fast and I managed to organise the rest of my trip with that such a good connection.

L'Hotel Perla is a gem of a hotel! Beautifully designed, centrally located, it's our favorite place to stay in Central Mexico!

The hotel is designed with great attention to detail – even if it’s not your style, the interiors are elegant and luxurious.

We had 4 rooms between our group with everybody staying for 1-2 nights. Rooms are beautiful and space is very unique.

The hotel is very beautiful, with large rooms that has a rustic feel to it. We were on the ground floor (with only 2 levels) and the room had view of the courtyard, but it meant we couldn't have the

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was extremely clean, and the hotel itself is super cute, cozy, and located in a great area.

A very nice hotel—clean, well-equipped, and with a truly comfortable, large bed. The room didn’t have a window, but it wasn’t a big issue.

I had a wonderful stay at Kharma Suites. The rooms were modern, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed.

Liked the hotel very much rooms are super clean ans spacious, the people that work there are very kind. The first morning we could see a beautiful sunrise.

The stuff was really super friendly, everything was tidy and the location is Great! Also it was very cheap, definetely recommendable.

The staff were super super sweet and helpful with our stay! Was a great hostel and would definitely stay again. Clean rooms and bathrooms and location is close to everything. Gracias!

An outstanding hotel that made us feel like "a home away from home.

The hotel is perfectly placed in the center of the old city, a bit hidden which I liked but also in the middle of the action.

When we first arrived I was concerned about this place did not look like a hotel from the outside, once we checked in realized it had been remodeled two years ago, rooms are great.
