A truly undiscovered gem. This place is retro, peaceful and well equipped, yet extremely affordable. It's got an amazing community vibe.

This is more than a hostel, it’s a home away from home. The owner and his wife made me feel so welcome that I extended my stay. Twice.

The Dear is more like a boutique hostel, or staying with a friend. The house is really lovely and everything is of a very high standard.

Stayed at The Dear for two nights and it is an amazing place. Owned and run by the family, they are very welcoming and hospitable.

It is worth visiting, its rooms are very spacious and excellently attended. Its terrace is unique and the service is very attentive. Definitely a very good option in Puebla.

Beautiful! The junior suite has incredible views and its terrace is super cozy, highly recommended if you travel to Puebla and want to enjoy tranquility, friendliness and very good location.

Served no cleaning room, only arranged bed cover.
No served coffee, no dumped garbage basket, and no mobbing floor.

Great service and staff. The hotel is very beautiful and also very close to the cathedral and the zocalo which is a big virtue to go walking to the touristic places.

Pretty nice hotel — room was clean and had good use of space. Great location and near good restaurants and sites. However, like some other reviews mentioned, the service leaves a lot to be desired.

So far so good. I've only been here one day so far, but wanted to leave an additional review.

When we first arrived I was concerned about this place did not look like a hotel from the outside, once we checked in realized it had been remodeled two years ago, rooms are great.

It was good for a short stay except that it is quite noisy if the room is close to the staircase.
The restaurant and breakfast are quite expensive though so I didnt take there anything.

The hotel is very nice, clean and pleasant.

Always recommend! The 2 times I have visited Puebla I have been there and I will not change accommodation. Super central, colonial and with very friendly staff.

The private rooms are very comfortable, there are clean towels the hostel is excellent, it is about 200 meters from the caterer and the plinth of the cd of puebla the mere center, they are friendly

Good location and facilities, ideal if you are just going to rest. They don't have good manners at the front desk 😒 and don't put drinking water in the rooms.

We only stayed one night at a his hotel in puebla but we would have been happy to stay longer. The location is is good in the heart of town.

Although this hotel is in the middle of the Historic District, it appears to be very new build. The lobby is very small. The bar and Dining Room/ Restaurant are on the Ground Floor.

This hotel is gorgeous and elaborate in every manner you could want or need.

A very nice hotel—clean, well-equipped, and with a truly comfortable, large bed. The room didn’t have a window, but it wasn’t a big issue.

We stayed for two nights. Location was fantastic and was 2 mins from Puebla Zocalo. Area felt super safe at night. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was fine. Internet was a bit patchy though.

Have stayed here 3 weeks. I have a single ensuite. Room is very clean but quite small. Excellent location for exploring the old historic centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.

The San Sebastian, part of the Colombian Ayenda hotel group, is conveniently located in Puebla's city centre.

I am not a person who is interested in history, but Gabriel the guide made it fun to learn all about the town and its history.

Haughty and rude receptionists with the client, there is no hot water, at breakfast hair appeared, rooms divided with rock board so everything is heard, relatives came out with itchy bedbugs all over

Hotel has a very good location, steps away from a Subway and other restaurants as well as a Circle K convenience store.

Air conditioning did not work on first night was really hot in room and even after switching rooms the next day it was still not powerful enough.

I had a lovely stay here. It was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and flexible as I arrived late. There is a pizza restaurant on site if you don’t want to go out!

This boutique-style hotel is delightful — from the central courtyard to the uniquely themed rooms. We stayed in ‘Frida’ in honour of artist, Frida Kahlo.

Stepping into El Sueño Hotel felt like entering a realm of luxury and comfort. The accommodations were not just outstanding, but a true testament to opulence.

I think this hotel is one of the best in Puebla. Well located. The hotel has a fantastic roof garden with fantastic views, specially at night.

Beautiful rooms and relaxing setup with courtyard in centre. Cafe downstairs with amazing food and coffee, makes it so easy to get the day started. Staff were so kind and lovely. Great location too.

We spent five nights here and loved it. It is a lovely old property that has been updated to a high standard.
