Clean facilities, very friendly and attentive staff. Complimentary coffee and small rooms for the hotel type but very functional. Nice decoration and in the hallway a window to the race.

In general a hotel with more than good services, so to speak, the friendly and gentle staff, the part of the restaurant is something good and inexpensive thanks to the buffet, although you can still order food, the rooms are very good, clean tidy, nothing out of the ordinary, in short, good service.

A good option if you don't want to enter into the city. However it should be considered to remove the carpet, at least in the rooms because it seems to be dirty.

A good hotel that takes care of the prestige and name of the brand through the good attention of all the staff. Zero noise despite being on the banks of the Highway. The staff in charge of the classrooms for top-notch courses. I hope to be back soon.

Para ser un hotel de esta categoría y haber estado en un piso fiesta rewards, nunca me habían tocado instalaciones tan deterioradas. La tina del baño estaba en muy malas condiciones, al igual que la tapa del retrete. Por otro lado, me negaron los servicios socio oro, siendo que un día antes en otro hotel de la cadena hasta una carta de agradecimiento me dieron.

Very good hotel, but the entrance looks very bad they have some orange boats that look bad, as soon as the service well and the food mmm tastes good but rationed a lot and that is a buffet.

I like the parking lot is pretty big and the loving is amazing very strong I think is pretty good too you should come over and take a look at yourself.

Nice hotel Good food. And the pool is clean and hot. Nice place.

They sold the coffee in the room, it was only free the 1st night and had no hair dryer.

A large hotel, clean and spacious rooms, as well as the common areas, has a swimming pool, gym, bar and restaurant with room service until 11pm, the only detail is that its prices are somewhat high, but are well in relation service-price and for its Location.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The reception/lobby is very good. The pool, steam bath, restaurant and GYM are fine. The bad thing is that they have few channels T. V, and that it's the work of the 2nd. Floor of the motorway is very loud! The machines wake up in the morning and almost not you let sleep. Noise escapes out the window! By the proximity to the highway should put double glazing to avoid the noise of that work.

Have really enjoyed the great service and friendly manager. Had some meetings in different meeting rooms. Good view over the city and to the volcanos from the top floors.
