The hotel is huge, the workers take care of you quality, I went to a conference. But the breakfast we got was delicious! The weather. Very effective and very good sound. 100% recomdible for large events or. Small.

Hotel staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The property is currently under renovation and has many newly updated rooms. This is a hacienda style hotel with a modern tower. I prefer the older parts of the hotel because the rooms have a terrace overlooking the gardens or pools. The fitness area is far away from most rooms except for the executive rooms. This isn't a big deal to walk across the grounds since I'm going to the gym anyway. Restaurants on property are all good and the tortilla soup at La Fonda is one of my favorites in Puebla.

Very nice staff. But some of rooms are under construction. Expect some dust and noise.

I do not know what is due but it took a long time to give my room, I arrived at 9:00 am and handed it to me after 3:30 pm. Otherwise very nice.

The service they give in the bar is excellent, good attention, but the service of the waiters of the restaurant is not very good, although this empty do not let you sit where you want and then you are running. I'd put better ratings in the bar and put worse ratings in the restaurant.

Some rooms are in good condition. To move inside the hotel is uncomfortable because you have to walk a lot, up or down is heavy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel located right off the highway in Puebla Mexico. The staff was really nice and helpful with anything needed. The doors are open throughout the hotel so it is nice to feel a breeze when in the lobby. This location has a good steakhouse, Mexican restaurant, and a lobby bar. The hotel has plenty of other amenities from a workout center to pool.

The restaurant pretty good the breakfast is the I think the best and you go to Buffet it and it's awesome.

To tell the truth the place is not bad, the rooms are small, that yes are nice, the closet also, the box, the bathroom is nice… But, in the case of me and a company we come to a Congress, the receptionist unkind, we bought a package that included breakfast and lunch and told us not that the lunch was not included and we were not allowed to take the food the first day, when other people do, especially foreigners. Asking a waiter we said yes, that the lunch was included as well as the Internet, which the receptionist said no when we asked twice. The hotel is expensive for what it offers. By the way the menu is rich but very limited… one day they only made fish in thousands of flavors… and a single chicken dish… The seasoning is good but it lacks variety.

Well according to the category, only in the tub/shower would be advisable a cancel instead of the curtain (villas), very good buffet, excellent treatment, should bill the car wash.

A decent hotel in a location close to the Fonoteca JuanC Méndez and the puppet house, the price per night is just above 2300 pesoz.

There is breakfast and lunch Buffet in addition to brunch. Waffles and sweet mini loaves are very good. The salads of vegetables served in casuelitas are delicious and also the desserts; Of these I recommend chocolate truffles and Mango mouse.
The only bad thing is it does get a little cold so choose table near Windows or in garden.

I like to stay in this place is quite and nice, food is good so you can go there with you family or only with your couple to get relaxed. Like the service too, near to this you can buy typical candys from Puebla. Near there are some good restaurants and a shopping center.

Nice place, good service, but despite having booked with time, I was assigned a handicapped room (on my wedding night) and that made the room deserved a lot, as I felt in hospital bathroom and it was nothing, nothing pleasant…

This past weekend a group from New Boston, Michigan stayed at the hotel reserving more than 20 rooms. In this group of people we had guys coming from different countries. A member from this group left his chain and cross necklace on the TV table and after the room was made, this chain and cross disappeared. The manager on duty promised to interview the people involved. I really expect this object to be found. This situation is unacceptable for this hotel chain.

Excellent place to eat, buffet, gourmet, spacious rooms, good service, large lounges, good size of the pool. Wide green and wooded areas. Fair rates. Located on the side of the highway México Puebla and 15 minutes from the center of Puebla.

The rooms given to us for our event were very spacious, the only problem we had was that the card key didn't open the room and we had to wait until the personnel came with another card key. The security was good, and the food was delicious.

Locación ia far away from dowtown but near the industry, rooms are good ando clean with all the services ok, service ay the beggining took so longitud foto the people yo take me to my place but just that, in general i'm satisfied.

Service very good, you can eat very good for Breakfast and in the Evening. The room was very clean. Only points of criticism: the floor, stains in the bathroom on the ceiling and wall. You could ventilate but also and crowdy.

For this particular visit, I was only taking hotel guests to work and back, I really only walked in to the Lobby. I have previously dined at the bar and the food and drinks are good.

It was kind of far away from downtown but the acommodtions were great. The attention and service also great.

I was here on a convention, the place is small for big events. There's little space for parking, catering service was good. Great for small to medium work meetings.

Spent only one night but would stay there again. Room was very comfortable. Great bed! Also had a very nice dinner. Check in process was fast as well as check out.
