It is a deception what they offer, I made the wrong decision to stay there!
Lack of maintenance, the air conditioning unit made too much noise, so either you sleep or you die of heat! There is no 24-hour room service, no minibar, no coffee.
The water taps in the shower and tub are not working properly, the shower was covered.
In short, it seems to me a theft what they charge for the service they give!
In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

It is a lousy service from the reception to the restaurant best should close.

Our view from 705 was great of the wheel and the city. Friendly staff and our housekeeper was so thoughtful. Clean amenities and near a Walmart and Ximotli for breakfast and dinner.

The care is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, I think it requires a little maintenance in the bathrooms.

Its service and food is excellent, apart from comfort.

This father the hotel, the pool is heated, the water is at a great temperature, it is not very deep and has a very small part ideal for young children, it seems dirty the water by the color of the background, which seems to simulate sand, but in reality it is clean, the bad thing is that they didn't have umbrellas and the windows of the rooms can't be opened so it gives a bit of claustrophobia, but overall it's a good choice.

It is a relatively small hotel with comfortable rooms. It is an Express style hotel ideal for short stays, entrance by exit. It is a hotel that is over 25 years old, therefore the facilities are not the most modern except for the restaurant and reception. The food is excellent, they have a very good chef.

The hotel has very good facilities and the service is excellent, only at the moment it is remodeling a part of it and that generates a bit of discomfort. It is 15 minutes from the center of Puebla. Parking costs 50 pesos. In value for money I find good choice for a weekend.

Room was dated but clean. Work was being done on the outside of the building right by our window in the morning. We were up high with a nice view but we could hear the freeway below through our window. The restaurant food we wanted was not available 2 tonight's in a row. Sub par food with an old menu. The majority of items we wanted were sold out, they said. Very disappointing!

The Hotel is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is regular but the hotel facilities in question are quite good, the food tasty, nice the rooms and very well located, close to several squares and restaurants.

A great place for a weekend escape or to organize a business trip. Located strategically on two of the fastest roads in the city of Puebla. The rooms vary in price and size.

It's great, good service exquisite food but I think they should renovate the pool at least, it's very shallow and the floor scrapes, it's the only thing to improve, everything else perfect!

Everything is fine. Just a detail you should be careful with your things but want to disappear your underwear suggest to the hotel that their staff is more careful in aspects of this type and with the staff who do cleaning in the rooms.

The place needs remodeling, the facilities are useful and functional. It has a very good location which makes it requested. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot when there are events is somewhat chaotic as they have valet and you must wait a while.

Very much the hotel, the carpets dirty, the toilet was leaking, the air Acondicio ADO did not work, the pool cold I think the only redeemable is the screen and its location.

It lacks of well insulated walls and windows, we can heard the cars and buses in the street. It is difficult to get good resting. Other than that restaurant is good.

We just arrived, charming welcome and everybody happy to help. We used the pool and then the restaurant: delicious chiles en nogada with wine!

The Buffet food is HORRIBLE. Frightfully artificial. The worst hotel in the world. Do not respect the paid rooms. Lousy attitude of the operations manager.

The toom is outdate and some issues with A/C and draining on the bathtub. Dust everywhere from a elevador remodeling… the good part was the breaksfast service good and food delicious.

A good hotel to stay working in Puebla, city centre and well surrounded by options for eating and/or entertaining. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean.

Has a large pool in the open air, with warm water, surrounded by the lights that adorn and chairs ad-hoc. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, have balconies and are fully equipped.

Excellent service, location and when one needs to give advice and perfect Puebla locations it feels safe and happy as a tourist and pure enjoy Puebla.

The rooms are very modern and comfortable. But something that I didn't like is that they say that caring for the environment, but the shower comes out so much water that could wash my car throughout the year with only a few minutes of bath. Overall good service and good experience.

Everytime we visit, we come back to this hotel. The staff is wonderful and the accommodationsame are stellar. Highly recommended!

It is nice but I am not convinced, simple seems to me the place, short of something that makes it more welcoming.

My team and I have visited Puebla multiple time over the last year and will be going there again this year for business. We always stay at the Courtyard Puebla Las Animas. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are pretty good. The restaurant downstairs has a very good menu. The hotel is in the middle of the city and has some very good places to eat at a walking distance. I recommend this place for everyone visiting the beautiful city of Puebla.

Las habitaciones son amplias y el servicio de Internet está disponible en todas las instalaciones del hotel, los empleados son muy serviciales. Asegúrense de facturar el mismo día, a pesar de decirles que les mandan la factura no lo hacen, no confíen mucho en el servicio de despertador.

So just wanted to leave a quick review of our stay here December 2013. First off very friendly staff and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback this trip was that they are renovating the pool area so that area was not available on this trip but even with that I would stay here again. I could actually watch the guys working on the pool and at the rate they are going it should be ready very soon. Over all for our first trip to Puebla this hotel turned out to be a great base for all the local area attractions.

The room is small, I think that it is very small for more than 1500.00MX by only stay. Also this is a 3 star hotel in reality. I stayed Saturday 23 and had breakfast 24 Nov.
The price is inadequate. Here the rates do not include breakfast as opposed to the Marriot's central Puebla comprising Yes and who is under 300 pesos. The worst thing is that does not work the pool, nobody warned it us when we stayed and did not have any discount for it. I also have to pay parking apart. They gave us a room for the disabled and not received a discount for this reason. And the regadero of water that is made in those bathrooms when you shower you is horrible.
We asked for non-smoking (on the first floor) but all Hall stank to cigar horribly.
Breakfast uncomfortable, unless you really like the human touch and — buffet served in the hotel costs 170 or 175 pesos, there, although the waiters are very helpful guys there is a pelón which is the captain who only is walking and talking with the fat of reception and not do anything, is not aware does not work nor to serve the coffee when the waiters are not out there and need service believed to be ornamental or something. There is enough space between pan and tray to serve and everything is stacked all huddle and be literally hobnobbing with each other to be able to serve (this is really uncomfortable).

5 medals for Mexico, 4 won by women! :).
