Excellent service and very clean… and above all large pool.

Staff was extremely polite and professional. Hotel grounds were immaculate. The courtyard next door is a nice place to take a walk without leaving the hotel grounds. Safety was never a question. Thank you!

Everything is fine. Only they give the same key to the rooms and a gentleman came into the room in the morning by mistake. It shouldn't happen.

They are very well its facilities and the restaurant is very rich only that what I did not like was that they take advantage of the tourists by putting the exaggeratedly high prices I just bought a cup of coffee (which by the way was quite small and the coffee not so good) and were 50 Pesos. But from there out all right and the gym and pool are very soft.

Ariaza was a great stay! Perfect location and friendly staff. The room was a bit dated and poorly lit but it was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an affordable place in a great location, this is the place for you!

It is a good hotel and especially located in the hotel Zone of Hermosillo! With very good parking.

The breakfast was excellent and the pool was very clean. The rooms are very comfortable, the location great and many places nearby where you dine and stay without getting away from the hotel. It's a good place to spend a weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite hotel in that city.

Todo excelente, muy limpio, PERO el desorden de los empleados de la recepcion es TERRIBLE. Es un acoso con la pregunta de (y como va a pagar) Deben de tener la informacion en sus pantallas y ellos mismos se confundian. MUY mal que cada que uno se acercaba a preguntar algo era cual es su habitacion. Ok? y enseguida cual va hacer su forma de pago! si la habitacion fue pagada completamente con dias de anticipación. un acoso total y fatal.

The room is comfortable, the location is adequate. However they do not have the ability to resolve situations to their guests, and in my specific case the staff disrespected me directly, that indicates that they are not careful to address each one's guests.

Without Considering that I was stuck in the elevator, it's place is comfortable and the pool is very nice. The Food in the restaurant is the same as always: American breakfast, egg, fruit, juice…

Very nice facilities: the reception is tasteful and spacious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a pool area with tables and lounge chairs where you can spend a nice time and the kids have a lot of fun. The hotel has a gym, breakfasts from 6:30 and you can request the service to transport you to the place of the city you need to go (check availability). There are plenty of good quality restaurants around the hotel and it is in a safe area. The only thing is that in my room you would hear very clearly the conversation of the guests of another room as well as the cries of the children in the pool. Outside of that, the hotel is full of positive details: a strong internet and complimentary lemonade, as well as safe, coffee and mini fridge in the rooms. It's a pleasant stay.

The place is perfect and all the employees are cordial, the beds super comfortable definitely to stay again.

The buffet is sooo and the price is Excellent. The waiter service, with the exception of one of them, unkind and able to solve NEEDS. We were 6 and could not accommodate 2 tables to provide the Service. It was not so much the waiting time, but the disposition, they did not find where to accommodate us having enough tables Available.

They got great rooms, they are big, clean and really comfortable. The only thing they should work on is reception, its sometimes 10-15min wait and you are standing up.

BOF as hotel people are not pleasant if you do not speak fluent Spanish!

This could be a very good option, unfortunately the staff is not focused on customer satisfaction. I have more than 10 years hospedándome in this hotel and does not change, remodel it, but the staff is still the same. I get there because the company I work for, it decides. When I go on another plan I get somewhere else.
The value for money is very low, you don't get what you pay for.

Ps I went to a CELAVIVE spá event in one of its small rooms (quite spacious by the way) on one side dw the pool and very nice and comfortable the place. Very nice pool place.

I like its excellent location in the hotel zone is safe its breakfast is very complete, the staff is very attentive also help me with the transportation to my company as part of the service your pool area is always clean.

Excellent hotel. It is a very easy to find hotel, even if you do not know the city, the location is very good and has rooms for very well arranged events. I have already had a couple of visits to this hotel I would recommend it very well if you are looking for something comfortable and accessible. Hotel Araiza is located by Boulevard KINO, at Hermosillo, Sonora. They have an excellent Buffet service. It's a nice place to stay.

Very elegant, very good food, the attention is good and the parked then is ample.

Very nice hotel for the price, this trip we were attending a wedding that was held here in one of the huge conference rooms. We also stated the night of the wedding so we could enjoy ourselves at the wedding, eat, drink and not be worried about how we were going to get home. The room was fine, standard hotel room, nothing fancy and everything worked with no problems. The reception hall was great the staff were very attentive to everyone's needs, the room was so just as the wedding planner had instructed. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning, it was just what we all needed to get rid of the hangover. Good was good, plenty of it and again the staff were great. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

A hotel with a certain tradition in the city. With lounges with enough space for your social and business events of medium size.
It has one of the gardens with the best view, very crowded for photo shoots.
The facilities are excellent and with a pleasant atmosphere. With a good size pool.
The price within the range, although a little high.
It has ample parking attached to the entire perimeter of the hotel, as well as another space across a street destined for when there are events in the halls.

Rooms were clean, bed was confortable. The parking Iot is very small and was full do to other venues. Drinks and food were good. There was a major rock concert this weekend and hotel was full. Lots of partying happening. I don't think they had enough security because partying did not stop till 4am.

I had a bad experience with this hotel. The front desk has bad manners, the lady on the day shift was rude to my wife and was not willing to help as we needed to change rooms. First room we staid in was not properly clean and it took all day to get moved to a different room. My wife finally moved at 5:00 PM when the front desk was going to have here room ready by 2:00 PM. Front desk personnel was not helpful and did not apologize for the inconvenience. We will never stay there again.

The rooms look preatty good, they have very clean and comfortable rooms, but its location has a lot of car traffic.

Saturday, March 5 I went to a wedding at this place, I was no more than 1 hour, the dinner was very good.

Excelente siempre. Muy atentos en el servicio y muy limpio. Asistí a un evento en uno de los salones con instalaciones excelentes.
