Good place to stay in Hermosillo. Free on-site parking is available. It offers a free American breakfast buffet during your stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms and amllias. It is located opposite a shopping square so there are many dining options.

Meal menu very limited all day. No jaccuzzi. No heated pool as advertised.

It has a very good location: near the centre (by car), opposite the shopping centre with cinema and restaurants, batting boxes. Clean and comfortable rooms, good sized gym, decent pool in size although not always good temperature. Very basic buffet breakfast.

Decent hotel. Check in was easy and the room was small but clean and modern. Good breakfast included. They are close to the Galaria mall and Will drive you there at no charge. Nice medium sized pool.

One of the best choices of hotel to stay at Hermosillo. Good breakfast included, pool, full equiped gym, are some of the reasons of this statement.

Pesimo service, we have a reservation, 2 nights paid and now it turns out q there are no rooms available and we do not return money for the paid night xq we arrived in the morning. Oscar is disgusting customer service, super-despot.

The attention of the staff is very nice. The roms have good espacious and have the basics things. The psicine is good but dont have customized wheater. The general experience is very nice with improves in this details.

The place is really nice. You get free breakfast from 6-10. The good is good. It's a variety of breakfast foods. The rooms are great, nice clean and air conditioned. The staff are nice. They do have Wi-Fi and a gym. I really like the gym. I saw someone say something about the TV s set up with Spanish like SAP. What I did was actually go to the menus of the TV and took of the asap so now all my English channels are in English so that as well is a quick fix. Also FYI you may or may not have a menu in you room for room service. I had no idea till I asked a pout place that deliver. They do have room service. Also you can do across the street to the Mall Galerías they is an Food court in there. So you can actually have McDonald's, Mexican or Chinese also thee is a Buffett restaurant in the shopping center and a Buffalo Wild Wings as well. Hope this helps. I am here for another 2 weeks so I am learning as I go. I really do recommend this place.

Great hotel and a great rate. Full service, pool, bar and free breakfast.

Cons 1. Computers are never working 2. Pool is always full of loud people 3. Room smells like farts and sometimes have stains 4. Bathroom door is a slide-in, no privacy 5. One of the worst bars and bar services in Hermosillo 6. Food is very overpriced and limited to about 8 menu items 7. Staff does not respond to comments and suggestions well. Pros: 1. Nice breakfast 2. Nice looking pool 3. Free shuttle for 3 miles around you.

This very good hotel, only the breakfast is very early and short time. A little more cleaning in the rooms also. Had corners very dusty conditions such as behind the toilet and in the closet.

Excellent rooms in a hotel that looks new, the pool and terrace are a very nice design and modern, the restaurant offers excellent food. With respect to the location of the unpaved streets alternate are very fast and very close to the hotel there is a new shopping center. It is a hotel highly recommended.

Excellent value, and great location. Rooms are very modern with super comfortable beds. Morning breakfast is included and delicious. Chilaquiles, huevos con jamón, frutas con yogurt, y mucho más. Staff is great, but bar and restaurant (other than breakfast) could use improvement.

Good I State there enel of my sound land and not but if here in the United States and are very bonitod and comfortable, quiet and pleasant — ambiance of the best.

All was well but I had already paid in advance, and after I came out that it was going to turn off a difference because the rate had gone up after the 1 of January. They removed the rat that no one wants us that bad wave, because this soft the hotel.
