Bad problems with air conditioning and being aware I was not informed. At 10 o'clock at night I change hotel after 4 hours of promising to resolve the issue in 30 min.

The hotel is to the north exit of the city by the road leading to Nogales, settled in the old hotel zone yet they receive you with good treatment and friendly. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms, comfy beds and lack of ideal noise if you get tired and what you want is to sleep as there are few houses around compared to other hotels, it has pool, gym and computer room if you want to work or Just chatting with some acquaintance, the food is good and the staff very attentive and helpful, your clothes and room is clean close to noon, it's like 30 minutes from the airport and 3 minutes to squares, excellent cuts restaurants in case you love meat and center co Medium-sized merchants. Recommendations: 1) The taxi service outside the hotel is not the best, I think they feel that they are the only ones and refuse to take you to certain parts of the city, especially to the shores of it, south, southwest, southeast.

Best choice to stay in Hermosillo. It's near so many Bars and restaurants. The staff is lovely and the bar man and the chef are excellent.

Every time I visited Hermosillo I like to stay at this hotel because it is very comfortable it has close to several places to be able to eat and very handy to go out to Nogales or to the south of the city of Hermosillo very good attention the breakfast regularly comes included and is D Elicioso.

It was nice there, I couldn't really eat on there, but it had decent rooms, with nice furniture. The check-in was really quick and it is a nice hotel to spend a night in.

Used for stopover on way to Nogales. Decent room, Wi-Fi etc. Good meals at restaurant. Business oriented.

Omg great hospitality they cater to Americans like no other. The buffet on Sundays is outstanding I give them 10 stars!

The hotel is good. It's not the best. The room is a bit old. He has several defective things. There's no heat. The hair dryer does not work, in the room there is a leak from the upper floor. It has several flaws, but the beds are comfortable and clean. The pillows are horrible. I'll probably stay there again.

It is good hotel but the truth is half old all they have for the prices but well I can say more I am not satisfied with the hotel but it is not bad, it is fine if you do not want anything fancy or the style is more rustic than the Chingada Metanle Lana C Uleros.

Not the best and spacious rooms but very functional. Great restaurants and room service. Don't forget to enjoy the bar.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Just to rest. Only the access to the underground parking is impractical and uncomfortable. Another detail is that the cleaning staff opened the door to the room without touching it. They were the only drawbacks, out of there we had a pleasant stay.

I almost always stay here when in Hermosillo because it's priced reasonably and is close to my favorite restaurant. FA's used to be very elegant but have slipped a star or two, but are still very nice. This one can use some updating, but for the price it is comfortable and well worth it.

Terrible. Place full of roaches. I really don't recommend this place. Attention from the general manager too poor trying to solve the problems. Stay away of this hotel.

Its, fancy but it doesn't really shows what Hermosillo is really about. Which is not about party's (well mostly). My point is that is looks like america not Hermosillo.

They say you can bring your dog in the hotel but when you got there they say you have to leave your dog in the luggage room in a cage. So, if you have a dog, go to other hotel.
