I recently stayed one night at the Holiday Inn in Hermosillo, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and hassle-free.

Every time we come to Hermosillo to take a plane we stay here because of its location and proximity to the airport, comfortable rooms, breakfast included, very reasonable rates, in room dining

Very clean and spacious rooms. Pruce is very competitive. It's very close to the airport, and they provide a complimentary shuttle which leaves every half hour.

Excellent! as a seasoned gringo traveler, I found this hotel to be excellent for its look, feel, location, friendly staff and cost. Very nice pool area with mini gym upstairs overlooking the pool.

I actually really love this hotel. Typically I stay at the Holiday Inn but found I love the restaurant at El Dorado more. I also love that it has a more local vs corporate atmosphere.

This is an upscale hotel with a restaurant in Sonora. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Customer service is top notch.

This was a quick here in Hermosillo Sonora MX with my husband and his brother and girlfriend. During our stay we dealt with TONY — who was AMAZING!

It is still the best option for accommodation. The truth is all their super friendly, attentive and professional staff. Enough hygiene and comfort at 100%.

The Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo is a comfortable and modern hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is excellent. It is a great option for vacations or business trips.

We enjoyed this hotel, and we hope to return soon. Is there room for improvement? Sure. We booked the "Lucerna Select" floor, and were not disappointed.

The room was so clean, the view was great. We didn’t get the breakfast at the hotel but it smelled great, we decided to visit nearby restaurants and they didn’t disappoint either.

The rooms are very nice. They're clean for the most part. I did see places that need to be cleaned through some of the drawers and even behind the drawers.

Comfortable place with rooms large enough. This hotel is four blocks away the Hotels Northern Zone of Hermosillo and one block away the north and south freeways.

I have stayed here a couple different times. On the edge of the city kind of industrial area. They have A/C, secure parking with 24 hour guard, Wi-Fi, Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Maintenance and repairs appear slapdash. A knob on the closet door was stripped. The thermostat didn't seem to change the temperature. But the car charger works!
