I really enjoy staying at this hotel in Hermosillo Mexico. It’s a great location to go anywhere within the city. The staff is always friendly.

Hotel location is on a high traffic road. Within walking distance to a pharmacy and some restaurants.

It's a nice hotel to stay clean staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good. We try the breakfast buffet and we love it! the food was delicious.

A perfectly great place to reserve if you're flying in to Hermosillo and back out the next day. Grab an uber or a friendly cabbie to spend the evening out.

Service received was in a good quality level, I embrace the idea to go green by asking if I want to change towels rather than make it work longer. Room is comfortable and good temperature control.

Excellent! as a seasoned gringo traveler, I found this hotel to be excellent for its look, feel, location, friendly staff and cost. Very nice pool area with mini gym upstairs overlooking the pool.

I actually really love this hotel. Typically I stay at the Holiday Inn but found I love the restaurant at El Dorado more. I also love that it has a more local vs corporate atmosphere.

Every time we come to Hermosillo to take a plane we stay here because of its location and proximity to the airport, comfortable rooms, breakfast included, very reasonable rates, in room dining

The Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo is a comfortable and modern hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is excellent. It is a great option for vacations or business trips.

We enjoyed this hotel, and we hope to return soon. Is there room for improvement? Sure. We booked the "Lucerna Select" floor, and were not disappointed.

I stayed at the Voco Hotel Hermosillo for 8 days, never once regretting it. The room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable.

The entire hotel staff went beyond normal and professional service to be truly caring and making or stay unforgettable.

The room was so clean, the view was great. We didn’t get the breakfast at the hotel but it smelled great, we decided to visit nearby restaurants and they didn’t disappoint either.

The rooms are very nice. They're clean for the most part. I did see places that need to be cleaned through some of the drawers and even behind the drawers.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Hermosillo, Mexico, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Went there for the cas, I was scared they didn't have my room since I get there very late, so I call and they make everything very easy and fast.

Very clean, excellent service. The woman at the front desk, Daniella is a super star. The hotel was out of rooms when I went to check-in and she worked miracles to get me an accommodation.

Maintenance and repairs appear slapdash. A knob on the closet door was stripped. The thermostat didn't seem to change the temperature. But the car charger works!

This is a great Hotel and for the price it is even better. The staff was all friendly. Rooms were clean, linens, and towels were great. In general it exceeded our expectations.

The rooms have a good size; ours had 2 queen size beds that were great and with many pillows. The bathroom had no tub, but a very room shower with anti slippery floor.
