I love it here, I always stay here when I come to Hermosillo. Do you only thing that sucks is that the buffet is closed and so is the pool but for obvious reasons. Overall it’s a beautiful hotel.

Good Hotel… Until this weekend. We were a large group of people occupying more than 20 rooms and in one of the rooms in the early morning you will be quiet the picture that is above the headboard. (I understand that accidents happen) but the attention was lousy and they were not responsible for anything.

I think this place is perfect to meet friends at the buffet. It has good service/food and keeps you having good times. You can choose into breakfast/lunch/dinner time with different kinds of food provided by the chefs that have really good taste.

We always stay here. Prices are great $41 ish reg room sleeps 2-4 $68 with taxes for suite. Sleeps 5 They also have some with jacuzzi, havent stayed in one yet. Very clean! Buffett is great, breakfast is best. I will say we had the dinner the day we arrived and then breakfast next day and it does seem they use the night before left overs. That said, food is still real good.

This very father the hotel really is not very expensive, has good prices and offers of the rooms are in very good condition and will provide a good service with gym and pool, restaurant and the outside there is a Oxxo store and a dominos in front very good location if you what I recommend.

Horrible the hotel system and… Since I made my reservation with enough time… In which to specify q not knowing the time of arrival… q and I come from another city… I get to 21:10. /and miss den desk tells me q is no room available despite the reservation xq the hotel at 20 hrs the aborts in the system… The truth is it makes me lack of respect for the customer… And never go back to that hotel… There only for q if booked to arrive early… Or will have q venture x Hillo to achieve to stay… I'm going with a lousy experience.

Best place to go if you want to have a breakfast buffet. Very hearty with a lot of options to chose from. Staff is very friendly. Air conditioning works perfectly. Clean and elegant. Certain days it is hard to find a parking spot.

Nice place for an overnight stay on a trip. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and professional, and the facility was well-kept. The weakest part was the restaurant. Oh man, was the food bad. This was a huge let-down! We went to the buffet for dinner and I thought "oh man… this stuff tastes bland". The next morning, I figured I'd give them another chance and what did I find? An eerily similar selection of food. I came to the conclusion that a large portion of the food they were serving was leftovers… not okay in my book, especially for a hotel restaurant. Other than that, the place was fine.

Excellent location because it is at the entrance to the city. However I thought the rooms were more comfortable and fixed, but they are austere and they look like they already have their years of use. But overall it's a good option to get to sleep after a long journey.

The Food of the buffet is excellent, they have an excellent service, the only thing that they lack for the 5 stars is the parking… My humble opinion.

The buffet is excellent. The premises is clean and well kept. The food is fresh and tasty as buffets go and the servers are always neat and cordial.

The Room was very comfortable. They Don't have many TV channels, but the buffet is delicious. All the stews have very good flavor. It is Not a hotel like the classic chains, but it is very comfortable and meets the expectations.

For hotels in Mexico, this was a great place. No spiders, no cockroaches, a fridge, two TVs, clean pools, friendly staff, great to my kids. We've stayed here on multiple trips and have no reason to change in the future.

The hotel is located towards the south exit of town, around 15 minutes from downtown, despite the signs and what they have posted on the website. The rooms are clean and decent, and like other reviews state, the beds are indeed on the firm/hard side. We stayed there because I had my dog with me, and this is one of the few hotels in town that allows dogs. My biggest complaint is that we had 4 people staying in the room for 4 people, and they would only gave us 3 towels and refused to give us more.

The variety of the food was amazing! Fresh fruits, delicious soups, and a cook to make what ever you were wanting breakfast-wise. The waiters were always checking and refilling your drinks, or bringing what ever drink you ask for. The environment was clean and cool, and so were the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This an excellent place to stay, I highly recommend a short walk to Mariscos La Cuchilla for their Marlin Tacos. Best in the world.

The hotel is located near the south entrance of Hermosillo, so it is very easy to reach.
The suite jr. It is quite extensive and has all the necessary amenities: quite comfortable beds (including sofa bed), clean bathroom with enough towels, large mirrors, iron and ironing board (without having to ask it in reception), closet, microwave, cable TV.
Also include a swimming pool and gym (which I have not had the opportunity to access them by schedules that handle) and a rich breakfast buffet (with additional charge)
The service and attention to the client are good, only this last time I went I play me that in reception, they did not have a very friendly attitude, but in the same way they were kind.

They lack cleanliness in the drawers of the furniture, it would be nice to have packages with breakfast included, the mattresses of the beds are very hard and it would be good that as many chains of hotels we could earn points or free nights (that would be like an incentive to stay there), the internet is very slow and the rooms need a good desktop. But it is also nice place, good price, the food is not bad.
