They had very bad customer service, they didn’t say hi, just “no visitors and no music pr you’re out” Price is good, but rooms need to be upgraded, makes it feel like you are spending too much money for the room, ‘cause they’re old. The location is great and the pool is nice. Muy mal servicio al cliente, ni buenas tardes nos dijeron cuando sentenciaron q no visitas ni musica, el precio muy accesible, pero los cuartos necesitan una renovacion, hace sentir que pagas mucho para el tipo de cuarto, la ubicacion muy muy buena y la alberca esta de muy buena profundidades.

Rooms were less than expected based on photos. Booked 4 rooms for the weekend. Loud overnight party until 6am. Kids were up all night and had to be at the competition for 8. Frustrating thing was the security guards did nothing about the noice. The neighbour guest said they saw the guards at the party drinking beer. (i didn't see that) The location was perfect for our event but thats about it. Also super hard beds.

The hotel needs an urgent renovation in all the facilities. The rugs, the paint, the equipment, everything. Even whites (sheets, blankets, etc. ) are worn out. I personally do not recommend it for stays of more than 2 days.

A hotel with many years in Hermosillo, already a tradition. Have a warm and a care helpful. Account with event rooms of various budgets although it will make me a little high. It has parking although not so visible, and the view of the gardens is good.

Very bad service they had no control for the TV and had no signal the phone if we wanted something we had to go up to the resepcion super bad.

Very clean rooms but the beds are just like rocks!

Hotel Gándara offers all the services. A good place to stay for work or because of vacasiones, know the beauties of nature this and more in Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico.

Service was great, but the room was dirty. Carpet keep socks on, dirty. Very loud by the street. Bed covers full of stains. TV only in Spanish. I8Shower just a drip of water. Behind bed filthy. Room stink like dirty socks. Curtains didn't close all the way. Chair full of stains. Would never go back.

The front desk people were great the beds were solid and the rooms were clean.

Simple, safe and affordable. Rates between $500 — 1200 pesos, so not cheap, just fair and basic.

Do not recommend expensive there are best with less price rooms are old the bathroom is dirty I have a week here and make cleaning and have all week watching some hair in the bathroom q have not cleaned pool not be cravings I get dirty looks.
