Very good location and remodeled.

It Is A hotel that on the outside does not seem the wonder that is inside, the rooms very nice, the exceptional attention, the delicious food and the attention of all in very good, the place is nice and quite comfortable, spend a really pleasant stay.

It Is The first time that happens to me and I do not want to stop commenting. It Happens that after I lay down for a couple of hours and get up for dinner I noticed that I had several bites on my forearms that I didn't have before I arrived. Look over the bed cover and in the room the presence of some vicho or mosquitoes and I did not find. The same situation was repeated the next day.
Although its rooms are clean and neat it would be no other recommend to the hotel a review of possible unwanted fauna or fumigate more frequently.
I Know this hotel was remodeled a year ago and I hope they considered changing the beds and carpets.
That's Why I give you only 3 stars.

Great place, room nice, housekeeping excellent, friendly staff, breakfast buffet had such a wonderful variety to choose from.

I really like to stay in Hotels Fiesta American, but this occasion I was very wrong there was no hot water in the room, mega dirty the bathrooms of the pool and again there was no hot water this time if it was bad experience.

Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. The only reason I can't give it the 5th star is because the internet service is terrible. I'm staying here for a month on business and the internet is sketchy at best. They have smart TVs in the rooms, with a Netflix app that you can connect to your account. But without good internet it is basically useless. I can watch 5 minutes of pixelated video and then have to wait for 3 minutes while it buffers. Even using my laptop and connecting the screen doesn't work because it's still the same awful internet. The staff, while usually helpful about most issues, don't seem to care beyond saying they are sorry. I'd happily stay at a less classy hotel that has a working Wi-Fi.

Hotel and great room at the top staff and super friendly I recommend this hotel.

Being in a athletics competition they had at least to give me breakfast, the only thing I got was a mini last Fruit cup and when I withdrew it after I had finished I was not taken what was the breakfast seeing it. My friends were already having breakfast properly and I didn't.

Newly refurbished Hotel, with a renovated, fresh, modern and elegant atmosphere.
It has a good variety of rooms for events, courses, meetings and more.
The staff is helpful and with good attitude.
Parking can be reduced when there is a lot of customers.

The hotel meals are very nice. View from the rooms is spectacular as well. Great place to visit.

It is not conditioned to have events and that the guests can sleep I am on the seventh floor and you hear very loud the music of the room of events.
All very well except this great detail you want to rest and it is not possible…

In my opinion, I think that this hotel is the best one in Hermosillo; considering that: the rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are also very good (it has a swimming pool, gym, and a nice bar) and they were refurbished. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty, and the staff are very polite, friendly and attentive to meet their customers' needs, in relation to the price per night; It is definitely a very good option if you are visiting Hermosillo and you are looking for a good, clean and affordable hotel. On the other hand, the only drawbacks I found were that the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, and the staff need to improve their English, but besides that, it is a very good choice.

A nice place to stay when you have no other place and a good atmosphere to share socially.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff at reception was excellent and the rooms impeccable. It had the perfect location, very close to every place we went to while in Hermosillo. I didn't get a chance to go to the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, well air-conditioned rooms with helpful staff. English not well spoken by staff but good enough to communicate needs and be helpful.

Very clean, excellent service beautiful facilities, great resturaunt, the bar is spectacular and the staff really tries to make you feel at home. This hotel is everything a hotel should be.

This is probably my favorite hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and nice, the restaurant was amazing, and they had a nice big pool plus a small soccer field. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and the workers spoke Spanish as well as fluent English. I will definitely be back!
