Very good to ten clean rooms.

The hotel was within walking distance of the all shops and zócalo center. The restaurante was above on a roof top area.

Parador Monte Carmelo was just the perfect place to stay for my 3 weeks in Oaxaca. I was in the city to attend language school and this lovely hotel was my home away from home.

It is what it says, so no false advertising.
My King room was large with a kitchen area, the bed comfortable, everything was functioning well.

The place is older than many hotels but it is very well maintained.

El Eden escondido is an oasis just away from the main action. In 5 minutes walking to the centre you have everything you need.

This is a hidden gem, especially for the price! There is a large fenced in garden which is beautiful thanks to the grounds keeper, Josefina, who is also the manager and housekeeper.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary at Casa Oaxaca and it proved to be exactly what we expected of this wonderful boutique hotel.

Splendid. 800 pesos for a private room ensuite with breakfast. The breakfast is insanely good. It's also calm. 100% recommended.

Good location, and I felt very safe here. The rooms can be hot so ask for a fan, because there’s no ceiling fan. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were so helpful.

This is a very cute and charismatic hotel in the most ideal location. Love the rooftop patio with a spectacular view of the city and mountains.

Staff were lovely, my spanish is basic at best and the receptionist was very helpful. I got the room up highest floor.

The rooms are small, but clean. The place is very well located, there are softdrinks and beers service, and food if neeeded.

Clean and pretty new rooms with TV, own bathroom and hot showers. Wi-Fi in the rooms is okay.

I have stayed at Otro Oaxaca on my own, with family and with friends. The staff is warm, welcoming and always ready to help with any questions and needs.

We stayed at Otro Oaxaca for ten days over the duration of our wedding, and it was absolutely magnificent. The architecture is stunning, with so many incredible design details throughout the property.

Dynamite boutique hotel with the best hosts I've EVER experienced in all my years of extensive traveling.

Nice place but they don't clean your room unless you ask and even then it's sweeping the floor and taking your trash. Nothing else.
