Excellent staff very attentive and always present. Very clean and well managed modest accommodations. Walking distance to everything in old downtown historic Oaxaca.

The facilities are clean. If you travel alone or even in a couple and you are not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel is a good option.

We love everything about Estancia de Valencia. This is our third stay and we are looking forward to returning next winter.

We had the BEST time at Estancia de Valencia! We are a couple with our 10 month old daughter who escaped from the Chicago winter for the month of February.

What a great place to hold a weeklong conference! The facility is beautiful, the food and service are excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

I absolutely enjoyed working with my colleagues at a conference held during 1 week in this hotel.

I stayed here (highly recommend! ) and tried the Huevos al gusto, Plato de frutas del día, and Huevos Turco. All were so fresh and delicious!

Has an amazing stay! Lovely staff and perfectly located between both Mazunte and Zipolite and super close to the beach. Room are super clean and the decor is beautiful.

It is a hotel but you can also come here to have a nice place to rest, get a drink and food. Service is excellent and the day mattresses are very comfy with the best view! You will be happy here :)

This place has to be one of the most special hotels I’ve ever stayed in my life, it’s a unique boutique hotel that opens out onto the beach.

The Hotel Santa Fe is a well-equipped resort hotel, located near the beach in Zicatela, Puerto Escondido. We have a lovely stay for a few days.

We had a great few days at Santa Fe and would definitely return. All the staff were helpful and friendly but especially in the restaurant. The room was a good size and the daily cleaning was thorough.

This hotel is stunning, very clean, and well-located. It's probably the nicest hotel in Bachocho. It's an excellent choice for families because there's a pool, parking lot, and the rooms are huge!

Beautiful grounds and a beautiful hotel. The staff are attentive, nice and always helpful and I enjoyed my two weeks in Puerto Escondido more so because I stayed here.

We had sooo much fun that we extended our stay! The hostel is run super well (very clean and in a great location) and has a great vibe. Shout out Martin for being literally the best!

Would highly recommend experiencia surf camp! I loved my time here! So much I extended extra days I could & would have more if I could have! My first surf camp & the staff were great!

I am not the demographic of this hostal. Being almost 50, but active and wanting adventure, I thought try out the pipeline. Most people in PE know of it, it's kinda like the weed hotel of the area.

Hostel has a super chill vibe and lovely people. Great location, right at the beach and close to both la punta and the city centre.

Pros: Very cosy hostel, well-maintained and great value for money.

Close to the bus station and the beach, the grounds are beautiful, quiet and clean. Well equipped kitchen.

As part of a whirlwind tour of Mexico I planned 2 days and a night in Oaxaca, and ended up booking my own suite at this cozy hostel in the Centro district.

Such a beautiful hostel, super super clean and you can tell the hosts put a lot of effort in to give people a good experience, including loads of tour options.

An excellent option to stay in Oaxaca, it is located 10 minutes from the center and 2 minutes from the bus terminal, spacious and very clean rooms, as well as economical.

Excellent service, very spacious room, climate, clean, good price, if you let me know what time you arrive, your room is ready.

I really enjoyed staying at Hostal Luz de Luna in the center of Oaxaca. The staff was really helpful. Specifically, I appreciated the kindness and friendliness of Martin and Alan.

Very friendly staff. Inviting common areas. Useful kitchen. Rooftop terrace. Sturdy timber bunks with power but no curtains. Lockers provided.

I liked it so much that I stayed there for over a month! Now, I live in Puerto Escondido, but know that I have a great, comfortable place to go back to when I'm in Oaxaca City.

Casa 1800 probably had the best rooms of my entire stay in Oaxaca! The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfect. I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We just returned yesterday from a week stay at Binniguenda Huatulco. We stayed in a deluxe double room located on the 3 rd floor. The room was very clean.

We stayed for 3+ weeks with no agenda and loved it. The hotel staff at every level is what makes the Binni stand out above the other hotels.

Casa Kuaa was everything we were looking for (beachfront access, pools, quiet, stylish, walkable to restaurants and shops), and also has a great bar that serves drinks and food.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Casa Kuaa in December 2025. The hotel is quiet and pleasant, but right on the beach.
