We stayed at Manta Raya in March, 2026, and loved it. The beach is beautiful, and we never saw more than 2 other people on it. Meals looking over the pool to the beach at sunset were magical.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. You already did the hard part which was managing to find this place on the internet, once you book it you will already be on vacation.

Casa Mauna has a great location and a beautiful view, making it a very pleasant place to stay.

Beautiful rooms, excellent a/c, yummy breakfast, nice pool, beautiful views of the ocean. We loved it. It’s located in a tiny town with beautiful, remote beaches.

Very nice place. Away from the hustle and bustle, it has a virgin beach that we loved. Jessica and Kevin are excellent hosts. A car is required to get to the hotel since it's far from Huatuco.

Spend time at the restaurant. Food and service were amazing. The owner/manager made us all feel at home and the service was really great. Will visit again for sure!

Without a doubt the best place on the beach I have stayed at. The hosts have been a true luxury. They spoiled us with coconuts and delicious walnut bread. In addition to coffee and mineral water.
