I booked it through booking where at one point the name of the hotel was deleted and I tried to contact them and it was impossible. We arrived as best we could, the room I had reserved was with air conditioning and when I arrived they told me that it did not have air conditioning, only fans, which by the way they offered to give me an extra one and it never arrived. The bathroom drain failed on the first use and there was never any hot water.

Ecological hotel, with an enviable location on the cliff, good rooms, those on the second floor with spectacular views. There is no dining room service, but food is ordered in the area.

A treasure of the Oaxacan coast, the hotel is beautiful, pleasant, very nice rooms, but the best is the service of all the people, especially Mrs. Jessica, really congratulations, imagine that it was raining and we still totally enjoyed our stay. Very good place, everything excellent.

It is excellent, very cozy and above all quiet, it is very close to the sea and not to mention the service, which is excellent.

This was the first stop on my solo trip through Oaxaca. At first I was put in a very small room down on the beach and felt a little uneasy as there wasn’t really any sort of security (also no ac) — asked to be moved to the main hotel area and they were very happy to accommodate and I felt much better up there! The second room was very clean, and had air conditioning! The food service was a little slow but that’s kind of the vibe of the area in general. Was there to relax, and was in no means in a hurry so I was happy to sit on the patio and wait. Very very well kept area, staff was all super friendly and helpful. Also a gentleman from New York (owner perhaps? ) that was an absolute pleasure to chat with and was also very helpful as I was still brushing up on my Spanish and feeling a little lost being on my own travels in a new country! Only have wonderful things to say about my experience! :)

The place is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, comfortable and super nice. The attention is very good, very friendly. The sea view is beautiful. It cost me $1, 500 a night, with two double beds, for the price the hotel is really good.
Maybe the only thing that's a little bad is that it is far from the center and the beaches, but that's Huatulco. I would definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again. My whole family was delighted.

If you are looking for tranquility outside the tourist chaos of famous coastal resorts or to rest and enjoy the sound of the sea. Well maintained, beautiful rooms, a staircase leads to a splendid, very long, semi-deserted beach. There are 3 restaurants close to the structure. The only downside is that the restaurant opens late for breakfast at 9am and closes early at 6pm so you can't have dinner.

A very private and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is super comfortable, beautiful style decoration, very close to an incredible beach, but the best of all is the hospitality of everyone working here. Kind, warm, helpful attitude at all times. Food is also great and cocktail drinks excellent.

Our stay at the hotel has been the most special, its service without excellent professionals and people, we felt at home, the food is the most delicious.
They are an excellent team and always have a smile and availability to support you in anything.
We will come back a thousand times more… thanks thank you thank you thank you.

The weekend I was at the hotel the cliff I found a treatment towards the client deplorable, I want to report to the receptionist that he is a tall young man of white complexion, who is arrogant and who said that he had rooms, but did not want to put the sheets, so he only had one room and we occupied two, he mentioned I have a room and if you want and he always showed himself with a despotic attitude, he was lying at reception with his girlfriend shaking his feet and groping her, I think it bothered him that we came to interrupt the moment with his girlfriend, but it was his job to take good care of the client, hopefully soon he will be fired because he will scare away the guests, previously this time I went to the hotel on the cliff and there was a young woman called solitude very friendly and attentive, pity that not all workers are committed to doing their job well, the hotel is nice but without a good deal, it does not work.

Its excellent service, its delicious cuisine, respect for nature… All.

Excellent service and attention I highly recommend.

This small, family-run restaurant surpassed our expectations. It was highly recommended to us by locals as well as other tourists. It’s located in a beautiful cove, very quiet with no street vendors. The prices were very reasonable and the food was fresh. We were given complimentary garlic nuts and tortillas with salsa (the tortillas were so fresh they were still warm). The Coconut Shrimp (served with rice and avocado salad) was the best we have ever had. I also recommend giving the Pina Coladas a try (2 for 1 from 5-6pm).
