I loved this place! I didn't feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at a home. The rooms and patio are spacious. They look very artisanal and they were very clean.

I didn't stay, but I booked a massage and it was fabulous — one of the best I've had that left me feeling amazing afterwards.

We stayed in the apartment here for the month of November. The apt was basic but met our needs completely. Our hosts (Hector and Shannon) went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay here, we were in the lower level apartment. The size was perfect and the patio are delightful in the morning as all the birds were very active.

This is defined the best stay in the mazunte area! Pool is refreshing on hot days and always well taken care of. They offer drinkable water aswell.

The view from above is great! everything is very quiet; The pool and terrace are great for hanging out…

Enjoyed my stay here! Decided to book for my last day in PE and absolutely loved it. The location, architecture, and comfort were 10/10. Loved the pool and patio area.

An amazing stay. The rooms are clean, spacious with a bathroom like no others, design-wise. Close to the beach, and there's a small but stylish pool. Would definitely get back!

Our single night in Hotel hacienda "Don Cenobio" was very relaxing and comfortable. The inner courtyard creates a nice oasis of quiet within a sometimes bustling town. Secure indoor parking.

Perfect commodities, brand new and huge showers, dorms and kitchen and an amazing rooftop to chill. But more importantly the nicest owners I have ever met.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for. Overall it is comfortable and located in a convenient place.

Very nice hotel with a 70s vibe. Rooms were spacious and the beds had a concrete base I'd never seen before.

In the lobby is where you can find return shuttle trips to Monte Alban, great service from them.

The hostel is definitely worth to stay, lots of places, where you can chill and take your time.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much that we extended.
A huge four story mansion, it is rather homely despite its large size.
The bedroom is spacious, comfortable and a nice temperature.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is incredible and the property is stellar. It's so much more serene and quieter than Centro. I loved the food too.

NO SOUND PROOFING — Sleepless Nights.
I stayed 5 nights, and unfortunately, it included many sleepless nights. There is no soundproofing from doors, windows, or the balcony.

Absolutely awesome staff. I arrived very late at night, the staff made sure that I got all the information to find my bed. Awesome experience.

Rooms are great and AC works fine. Bathrooms are really nice. The terrace Is awesome. Service could improve. We were never contacted besides when arriving to see of we needed something.

Loved our stay! Definitely recommend, the staff are so nice and helpful. The apartments are super spacious, lovely and new. The pool is stunning.

We loved our time here, such a great location, the nearest path to the beach was no more than a 10 minute walk, or easy to drive to. La Punta was really close for access to great cafes/shops/bars

Nude Hotel Zipolite is an adults-only hotel located on Zipolite Beach in San Pedro Pochutla, Oaxaca, Mexico.

Our first time in this enchanting town Zipolite in Playa Oaxaca. We chose Nude as we enjoy the freedom of a clothing optional lifestyle. The rooms are perfectly designed for beach life!

Pleasant staff. Very quiet location. Loved the privacy on lowest level room with plunge pool.
Enjoyed the stay. Spent 6 days here.

Casa Biulu is a work in progress. It is on the top of the hill so the view is wonderful. The hotel itself, however, is under construction and repair.

One of my favourite spots we’ve stayed at in our entire 4 month trip. The place is beautiful and quiet despite being in a really central location of Zipolite.

It’s the second year that we stay at Marea Viva and we honestly couldn’t ask for anything better! The location, the room, the facilities as shower / toilet / drinking water are great!

Location is perfect. Everything is walking distance and employees are very nice and friendly.
The cons of this place is that it is very loud and walls are paper thin.

Fantastic little hotel to explore Oaxaca. Good sized rooms, ours had a massive bathroom and friendly service. Great value for money.

My first room was awful, on the first floor. Very noisy, no hot water, dribbling sink, hard bed. Then I asked for my room to be changed because of the noise and I moved to heaven!

Pet Friendly, Very nice and accommodating. Booking and check in was easy. The staff are very quick to respond and immediate action. Gracias.

Excellent location, as it is very close to the ADO bus terminal. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hostel. The hostel's infrastructure and organization are very good!

A lovely hostel which is more like a hotel, the room was large and spacious and everything was clean. The location is perfect too.

We had a lovely stay at Selena. The location was perfect and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! We stayed in a private room and for a hostel it is great value for what we paid for.
