Stayed here solo for a weekend while attending a wedding.
Room and bathroom were spotless and clean. Location is excellent to be able to walk to the museums and park of the historic district.

I chose this hotel at last min because of the queen size bed availability. Their queen size dimensions are different than US standards. It looks more of a full bed.

This hotel is an oasis and well located in Polanco. I stayed there in 2017 and enjoyed the atmosphere in this traditional building which had been expanded with temporary architecture.

Where do I begin? This boutique hotel is LOVELY. The grounds and architecture are breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast is delicious (get the verde juice!

We’ve stayed here on at least six occasions, this time for two weeks. Location is wonderful, just a few minutes walk from the bustling shops and restaurants.

The hotel is perfectly situated, nestled between Condessa and Roma.
You can easily stroll to a variety of restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is a large property with many on-site amenities.

Wow. This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California.

Whenever I visit Mexico City I always book a room at this hotel because it is very centric and clean. The staff is amazing and I appreciate the availability of public and private transport.

Love this hotel. I always stay there, every time I go to Mexico city. Neighborhood is not so nice but location is very practical. Hotel and service are great.

Overall the hotel was nice, however like most mentioned, the traffic noise is bad. We stayed 2 nights, and it was efficient for what we did.

A unique boutique hotel run by two passionate, warm, and incredibly kind sisters. They took such wonderful care of us both before and during our stay.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The young man who I forgot his name was particularly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay.

We loved our stay here. The location is close to shopping, parks, and surrounded by dozens of great restaurants. It’s a 10 minute walk to the metro, and Uber is always a minute or two away.

Had an amazing experience here: the room, the breakfast, the happy hours, and most of all — the people.

The front desk staff were phenomenal with me. Being unfamiliar with the area, and also from another country they went far above and beyond to help me arrange complicated transport many times.

Little hard to get in in the evenings with one-way street but nice rooms, nice service, and very nice restaurant.

This is the location I stay many times for business trips to Mexico. Great hotel, clean, with good service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Spent almost a week here and I miss it already!
I booked a Junior suite which was spacious and very clean. My room had a view of of Parque México which is right across the street.

Simply put, if you can, you should stay at Uma Casa. Hands down my new favorite hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again. It was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed, and the setting was perfect.

We had a 3-night stay at Vuestro as a family of 3, with a young teenager.

I've been to CDMX many times but this was my first time staying at Vuestro and very glad I chose it. It's a small boutique hotel that has anything and everything you need.

My stay here was phenomenal, but I do think it’s important to choose this hotel for the right reasons.
I booked it because I rented a car and felt comfortable driving in Mexico City.

I actually visited on end of March and had some issues as I had booked through a travel app.

The hotel is great for the price. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 night this New Year 2026. We experienced a 6.5 earthquake on January 2. It was scary!

The shower was amazing, the water pressure was perfect, plenty of water.

A very hip, modern small hotel ideally situated in a very popular area of Roma Norte. Many great restaurants and cafes within short walk. Friendly and helpful staff.

UTOPIC is amazing. The location is perfect, easy to get to, several restaurants, bars, things to do and see in walking distance or short car ride or public transportation.

Emporio is not a true five star hotel. It's old and elegant but many things were not up to a five-star standard. Most importantly the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

Our stay was short and pleasant. Everything was just perfect from the day we arrived to our departure, the staffs were very attentive, yes the room was not big but it was sufficient.

Great location right next to a bus stop, metro station, and mall. Slightly farther from the city center/big attractions, but very easy to get around.

Peaceful stay. Very safe and clean. Great view from all the rooms. Great attention from staff.

Location is great 15min to the airport.
When I checked in staff recognize my status and gave me free bot water. And a little note for being a Gold member. I was flatterd and happy about that.

Old school 90's style hotel.
Everything works, service is good and clean. With a nice view to the city.
Connects with a little shopping mall, walking distance for street food and a few cool places.

I visited the Hotel Del Prado and had a great experience. The staff is friendly, rooms are functional, convenient location, and the food at the restaurant is great. I plan on coming back this year.

This hotel was built in 1907 but has large rooms modern conviences, instant hot water AND wonderful service.
Be sure to take the tour of the hotel.

My parents are both from Mexico City and I have a plethora of homes I can arrive to when I visit the city but we refuse BECAUSE we absolutely LOVE Hotel Geneve! We’ve stayed here about 7-8 times!

Our stay at Hotel Marbella was excellent from start to finish. We received a warm and professional welcome, and our luggage was promptly taken to the room, which made our arrival very comfortable.

After dealing with misleading ads elsewhere, this hotel was a total relief: clean, quiet, honest, and exactly as advertised.

Great location, great food right around the corner. The only complaint I have about the room is not having a door to the restroom.
