Stayed 5 nights at Tres Maria in the bottom floor unit. Very spacious and nicely appointed. Absolutely quiet, very little noise filtered in from the street. Location is perfect.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in June (low season). The room was spacious, comfortable and had exceptional facilities, everything we needed for our stay.
The location is great!

Ten Day stay. The room available at check-in was not the one reserved and paid for because when we arrived it was not available for the first 4 nights of the stay.

We were at the resort for a week, over Christmas and were pleased with the way the resort celebrated the holiday particularly the Christmas Eve dinner, the turkey was amazing! Well done, chefs.

Wow wow wow! If you want an authentic and charming getaway this is it. We loved every aspect of our stay here. I'm writing this from our balcony right now with the most amazing view.

This room was amazing! We had a suite on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the river; we had a hamock on the balcony.

Amazing location and beautiful facilities. Beautiful place to stay while we explored the Lake Chapala region with good access to Ajijic and Chapala.

We have gone to Punta Serena about 13 or 14 times. The view is breathtaking. The service is always good. The staff try their hardest to make your stay perfect. We stay Sunday to Sunday.

The most romantic beach ever. Filled with happy lovers from all around and now they have added a new restaurant menu to go with a really good chef.

Well everything was well until lights kept going out.

The hotel has a great location and really nice staff. The rooms aren't soundproof so it does get quite loud.

Stayed here for more than a month. Overall a good hotel but there were some problems. The room cards frequently failed to work and had to be recharged or replaced.

An historic and beautiful hotel in a good neighborhood in Guadalajara. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loads of walkable restaurants.

I stayed here with family for six or seven, maybe eight days, in two different and interesting rooms. Each room has a kitchen. One had a lot of light, one didn't. They were both clean.

Recently renovated, located in the heart of Guadalajara, after about four years I revisited the hotel and was gladly surprised.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. I travel to Guadalajara every two months or so and for many trips the location is ideal, however the hotel seems very understaffed, not well maintained.

Staff is the best of this place. Rooms are big enough, but they only have 2 wall outlets! The building trembles all the time, but it is right in front of the Expo.

Far from searching for an attractive place.

Very nice place, warm pool, clean rooms (only no bathroom doors) delicious breakfast, all staff very friendly.

I am giving this place 5 stars. We stayed at the villa with 5 other people and had plenty of room for all of us. The shower was hot and water pressure was fantastic.

Very special intimate hotel. The owner, Carmina, couldn’t do more. Special needs she handles.

We loved this place after moving here when our AirBnB didn't work out for us. What a gorgeous, peaceful little haven amidst the hustle and bustle!

I would to share what a wonderful stay I had at this hotel. The gentlemen Emilio I believe, he was super appreciative on accommodating my family member a room close to floor due to knee injury.

I just did the day pass it ends up being $70, (says 60 — was 70$ with tax? ) and it includes breakfast lunch drinks and I get a good spot on thier private beach with a towel.

Friendly staff decent rooms. No complaints. I didn't stay long enough to get in the pool, but there were a lot of people splashing around on it last night. It's 100 pesosfor the TV remote.

Great place, have stayed here many times. Some rooms have hard beds. This is not a 4-5 star resort. I stayed here last time for 4 weeks. Staff is always great. Pool is also great.

What an awesome experience! The hosts were wonderful and the place was great! The location doesn’t get any better than this.

The actual rooms were clean, roomy, and kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Even washer and dryer in unit.
