We stay for 10 day on business, the Concierge/bell boys were incredible and righ on. The front desk ladies amazing our luggage were lost and they handel it 2 DAYS afer we arrive.

Excellent customer service and Maria Orozco was excellent. She went above and beyond to make the room comfortable.

Very beautiful place to spend time with a special person.

We went with the family and my niece loved it as she was able to get in the pool and interact with the cows, also we forgot things and the front desk girl was supper helpful.

I recently stayed at Hotel Roma in Guadalajara and had a generally positive experience.

Nice enough room could clean the bathrooms a bit better I feel.

Great location with a large open terrace with seating, tables and a place to wash clothes. There are common areas with lots of seating and nice comfy couches in the living room.

Wonderful and peaceful love the restaurant inside too.

Melia in Puerto Vallarta is an excellent resort for those wanting to experience mexico for the first time. The hotel is close by to the airport and has perfect view of the ocean.

I stayed at the Melia for the first time with my daughter and mom from April 17-25. We had a great experience and enjoyed all the many amenities.

It's was a great experience. I love the room setup. The loft style rooms are great for my wife, son, and myself. The staff is wonderful. It's located right off the Malecon.

Overall I was satisfied with the Loft Hotel.

This was a really nice hotel. It had so many beautiful plants everywhere. We also really liked our hotel room too. It was in a great location close to shopping and only one block away from the beach.

I recently stayed at Aloft Guadalajara Sur and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The location is excellent—directly connected to the mall, making dining and shopping very convenient.

Love this hotel inside a giant mall! It’s in a very safe area. The rooms are well-appointed, spotless, and have great shower pressure.

If you want to be just a short block from the pedestrian area, this is the place you should book. The location is wonderful for sightseeing and shopping.

This was my first time in Mexico, and my first time at an all-inclusive resort. I usually choose adventure travel, so having all my needs taken care of for me felt really different at first.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the hotel made us feel like family. Vicktor and Adan from the dining room, Constantino the hotel porter, and Juan from security were especially memorable.

Friendly service, beautiful and clean pool, great breakfast. The gardens are beautiful with so many birds! It’s a quieter resort with a bit of an older crowd.

Staff are so amazing and Customer service is great. Breakfast is good. So many omelette options.
Dinner and drinks 5 minutes away at food park … great food and great prices.

Excellent stay here. MR is a converted house attached to the Indah condos. Rooms are spacious with a large bathroom.

My husband and I stayed at Villa del Palmar in May 2026. This is our home away from home.

This was a very awesome place to stay. We enjoyed every moment from the time we arrived and met Malena and Mago and all the other concierge staff. They were all amazing, giving us all the info needed.
