Jalisco Hotels with a Pool

A beautiful modern space. Comfortable beds. The coffee was surprisingly poor quality at this location… Even in the rooms… not what I’d expect in Mexico. Service staff were very attentive.

Rooms and facilities very clean and nice. Room had refrigerator, microwave, safe, and hair dryer. Parking is limited. Downsides were all the lights didn’t work in our room.

I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews regarding this location. Our accommodations are brilliant and the service has been consistently on point.

Excellent stay here. MR is a converted house attached to the Indah condos. Rooms are spacious with a large bathroom.

The staff were all amazing, so caring. Even in the difficult security situation that arose during our stay, they handled in fantastic and worked hard to keep everyone safe and happy.

The experience here was absolutely fantastic. While the rooms felt like they could use a refresh, the were having some work done on another floor while we were there.

Great value, really clean. Recreation and restaurant can be improved with more lounge chairs and food selections. Very basic breakfast, not much fresh fruits or salads.

Friendly service, clean rooms, nice but small pool, very nice terrace area for relaxing in the sun. Very close to the malecon and a wide variety of restaurants.

We needed a getaway from Puerto Vallarta. Haven't been back to barra since the mid 70s.
I was leary about the hotels because barra is known as a old hippie town. It still is just the hippies are bald.

No regrets undoubtably the best choice and the best place for me half the price of the grand across the bay with better opportunities to shop and meet new people. The surface is great.

This was a really nice hotel. It had so many beautiful plants everywhere. We also really liked our hotel room too. It was in a great location close to shopping and only one block away from the beach.

We stay for 10 day on business, the Concierge/bell boys were incredible and righ on. The front desk ladies amazing our luggage were lost and they handel it 2 DAYS afer we arrive.

Excellent customer service and Maria Orozco was excellent. She went above and beyond to make the room comfortable.

Very beautiful place to spend time with a special person.

We went with the family and my niece loved it as she was able to get in the pool and interact with the cows, also we forgot things and the front desk girl was supper helpful.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on business. I can say that all the staff were very friendly and understanding.

The trip was very pleasant. I stayed at the hotel for a few days. The room was beautiful and the food was excellent. There were some minor issues with the bathroom, but they were quickly resolved.

I went for a family lunch and we had a beautiful and peaceful view of the lake. The menu and service are worth going back for.

This is a large, beautiful, old-world charm Inn. The room was good-sized, and the bathroom/dressing area was huge. Our room looked out on the small but gorgeous pool.

We had a wonderful stay at the Flamingo Resort in Puerto Vallarta.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it still does not disappoint. The location is fantastic and ALL the staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly service, beautiful and clean pool, great breakfast. The gardens are beautiful with so many birds! It’s a quieter resort with a bit of an older crowd.

Staff are so amazing and Customer service is great. Breakfast is good. So many omelette options.
Dinner and drinks 5 minutes away at food park … great food and great prices.

I have been staying in this lovely spot for 6 years now when ever I go to Tlaquepaque. It’s like home away from home!

Wish I were a better writer, as la Paloma is perhaps the ideal place to relax, restore, and enjoy all that Melaque has to offer. The rooms are unique — in a VERY good way.

We really enjoyed staying at La Paloma! The weather was fine, the beach was fantastic, and the people at the hotel took good care of us.

I’ve stayed at the property probably 20 nights over the last few years since discovering the great city of Guadalajara and it never disappoints. This trip the staff really stepped up their game.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff and service was very good with clean rooms and a welcoming attitude. The room was slightly outdated, but not an issue for me as it was clean.

I strongly recommend this place! Before arriving to the hotel, the communication with the manager Diego was excellent!

Overall, a good hotel with great service, clean rooms, and amenities like a pool, gym, and restaurant. The price is reasonable for what you get.
