Resort Hotels in JaliscoResort

This was our 9th time staying here. Wonderful staff that make it feel like home. Waiters remembered our usual drinks so didn’t even have to order every meal.

This was our first trip to Mexico for my adult son and I. We are from Toronto, Canada. I booked this resort using a timeshare exchange.

I had an incredible experience at Beyond Yoga Retreat and would absolutely recommend it. Before getting into what I loved, I wanted to share a few practical tips I couldn’t find in other reviews that

My 8-day, 7-night yoga retreat in Puerto Vallarta was more than I could have ever imagined—in the best possible way.

This was our first time to Casa Velas. We liked how everything looked. It has beautiful landscaping and it is maintained very well.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Velas Puerto Vallarta! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and the service was exceptional.

We were treated well by everyone we had contact with at Club Regina. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Overall it was a great stay. There is an incredible view. Unfortunately the hot tub on the balcony is really small… fits for one normal adult or two tiny people.

Just wow. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and I honestly don’t know where to begin — this place blew us away from start to finish.

One of the best Four Seasons property without a doubt, the architecture, the rooms and the facilites were built amazingly.

Beautiful place with great environment.
The facilites are old fashioned but in great conditions due good maintenance.

Excellent location to spend 1 or 2 nights for a relaxing family break. You can rent bicycles at the reception, and enjoy delicious food at the restaurant. Definitely coming back!

Best service I have ever had in a hotel, Better service than Marriot/Hilton. Staff super friendly and helpful, beautiful rooms and great location.

Great stay, super attentive staff. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean.

We first stayed at Hilton Vallarta in November and loved it so much we had to come back.
The service across the entire resort is outstanding.

We had our wedding at this Hilton resort and the entire experience was exceptional. From the very beginning of the planning process, Alfonso and Hernan were incredible.

We were more than satisfied with our 1 week stay (March 14-21).

This resort is impeccably stunning! Our panoramic ocean view room is beautiful and comfortable. The multitude of pools and hot tubs are clean and refreshing.

Always stay here when visiting Mexico. Never had a problem here. Rooms are clean and equipped with what you need!

Great place to rest and enjoy.

Ocean front property. The grounds are large and beautiful. Check in was easy. There's a push for timeshare presentation (gifts included). Seems each cluster of buildings has its own pool.

Domingo is awesome and kind and friendly. Hanna is the boss in the restaurant not a waitress. Don't make that mistake. Fernando the operations manager is amazing.

Great view of the ocean and quick and easy to get to it. If you want a massage they will make sure you are able to get one. Especially if you are looking for a deep tissue massage.

Huge shoutout to the team at Almar. What was supposed to be one night turned into an extended stay due to the recent events in PV, and I am so grateful for the compassion we were shown.

The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Amazing views scenery cabin’s amenities food staff cleanliness accommodations. An absolute gem. Highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My recent stay at Sierra Lago in Mascota, Jalisco, was a mix of breathtaking beauty and frustrating operational issues.
The Positives:
The property itself is undeniable quality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta Review (4.8/5)
Our family spent a week at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, and it was one of the best all-inclusive vacations we’ve ever had.

I was hesitant to book at the Ziva given some of the reviews about the food and the property being old, but my stay here was fantastic.

Great time with my new wife! First half of our honeymoon was spent here. Ruben was a pleasure, Francisco was the best waiter, and the entire staff was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Plaza. We were given one of the newer rooms on the 14th floor, it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the sound of the crashing waves was heavenly.

If you want 5 star resort this is not the place for you.

My wife and I stayed at the Costa Sur Resort And Spa for 12 days for our honeymoon in January. We got a King deluxe studio.

Our third time back. We stayed at Dreams this time. We had a great time and after 4 nights we wished we could’ve stayed there for ever, lol. Staff throughout were amazing.

We had such a fantastic stay here, everything was perfect. The food was amazing, so much variety and very high quality. The room was spotless, and kept very clean all week.

Sheraton Buganvillas completely exceeded my expectations! This is definitely not your average Sheraton. From the minute I checked in, down to the welcome amenity in my room, I felt so welcomed.

Sheraton Buganvillas Resort completely exceeded my expectations. This is definitely not your average Sheraton.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great food. It's the second time we stay and we plan to come again next year. Ana took great care of us, she is such a wonderful young lady. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely love the Bogavante hotel. We’re staying 2 months and have already reserved for 3 months next year. The entire staff are totally amazing, always happy and welcoming.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding here in October of 2024, and we can’t say enough great things about this venue and staff.

Looked amazingly well taken care of. We made a huge mistake only staying for 1 night as we didn't get to experience the whole of their services.

Stayed there for my honeymoon and birthday. It was a great experience! There was a honeymoon/birthday banner outside our room door which I loved. Mauricio was our butler.

I’ve been looking forward to writing this review. My fiancé and I got engaged here. With that being said, it is definitely a more laid back, romantic, more couple friendly resort.

Had our wedding here a few weeks ago. It went very well. Will write a separate review on that.
For the hotel, the location is great — like that it’s close to the airport.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 8 days. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a cool, delicious drink, and the polite and friendly staff immediately caught our attention.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance during our stay, which meant that several areas were closed. The pool bar was not operating, and one of the lower levels was under construction.

We stayed at the Westin Puerto Vallarta last week.
