Room was very nice, enjoyed the pool and really enjoyed the massage at the spa. Parking at the hotel was free, the meals on site were also very good at a reasonable cost. Also the air conditioning was a welcome pleasure as it the hottest time of the year right now. All the staff were very cordial and helpful to deal with.

Good spa Hotel, excellent place to rest and take a good massage in your spa. The food in their restaurant is very good and cheap. Clean rooms in a ancient house style, green areas, pool and children's area! Recommended!

Exceeded my expectations! Visually charming. The food was excellent. The Spa, left to my husband and to me an excellent experience of multisensory relaxation. We asked for the wellness package which included the hotel night and pool services, terrace, billiards at their El Coyote bar, American breakfast (which I have to say, it was very very rich and coarse) and a massage to choose from, Jacuzzi with whirlpool and steam bath. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back! Thanks to all its staff and feedback, it would only improve the attention at the reception of the morning shift.

The place is nice. But I didn't understand why we had a music band playing in the parking lot at 8 AM. I woke up and completely removed the peace that I had. The pool's cold, they should put a heater on it. Food 2/3 nothing new or risky.

Just 50minutos from Guadalajara, a magical escape. Rooms with luxury amenities such as mattresses and almoahadas that you arise a deep rest and dawn renewed. The food in the restaurant is spectacular with options from pastas, fine cuts, variety of salads and a nice touch with the fresh water option of the day. The pool is warm, and you can relax and rest. Sayula offers activities of walks and tours to know the city and its charms. Great place to get away from the big city.

Charming Boutique Hotel in Sayula with friendly helpful staff. The food is delicious and prepared to perfection. We make a point to go there a couple times a year. The little town of Sayula is fun to explore with a great Saturday market.

Good hotel very good staff service except the front desk who are the first to face and welcome you. But what if you are top notch is the spa, excellent service and excellent staff prepared.

Attneded lunch and then Spa service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with strong command of english. Would recommend.

Great experience, very good place and very rich slobs and dinners, the only thing is to remember to say at reception that you will use the pool for maintenance to put it in a mild climate, especially if you go in winter.

I'Ve been gone three or four times! I love the place, you feel staying in a mansion of another era, its patio, its warm pool, its terraces and balconies are very beautiful, also exhibits very interesting historical objects. It offers You an unbeatable proximity to the main square, to go for a walk and to know, while you can relax with its treatments in the spa.

Excellent property, spa services are amazing, front desk staff really good. Restaurant — services need improvement, it's a bit slow, food taste is ok. I'm vegetarian. Ambiance, cleanliness and property are really good.

Excellent place. I loved the design, the restaurant and the pool area. It is really quite and is a great place to get some rest. We tried the spa and we loved it.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Rooms are big, beds are slushy. The restaurant is also quite good.

Excellent concept as a boutique hotel, I honestly change the image that had it. Who work there they crave to serve you well, your area of relaxation and massages (Spa) is great with very friendly staff, extremely friendly and helpful Manager, have passed it very well even with small children. Highly recommended.
How point to improve, will appreciate a little faster in the restaurant at night. But it is worthwhile for those who like the concept. I suggest to make your reservation directly at the hotel as the other pages you can give surprises. Ask for the craft beer encourages sayula!

The place is nice, the spa very good and the staff very attentive. The best option are their packages. The included breakfast is very good. To improve the rooms let in noise, but taking a room on the top floor is removed. Also, they could improve the quality of the pillows.
