I had the most wonderful stay at Matices Hotel in Tequila, Mexico. From the moment I arrived, everything about the experience was amazing.

This was without a doubt the coolest place we stayed in our three week trip to Mexico — incredible accommodation, great experiences, and friendly and helpful staff!

This place is a treat, I came with my family to enjoy the weekend lunch buffet, the staff noticed my husband and I were vegans and were very kind to point out the vegan options.

From the very first moment, the experience at Hotel Baruk is unique: upon arrival you’re greeted with a delicious cup of Turkish coffee that truly makes a difference.

We recently stayed at the Fiesta Inn Puerto Vallarta Isla and had a largely positive experience.

If you want to be sure of a good sleep, this is the place. The rooms are very quiet, and the air conditioning is good. Our room did not have a window that opens, or a balcony, but the view was nice.

I'm not sure if this resort is 5 star but it should be if it isn't. The rooms were immaculate. The service was top notch. The food was well above average.

Mostly loved the place. Food was good staff was excellent. The only real issue we had was the elevators 🛗. 3 elevators never more than 2 working many times only one.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, with a warm and friendly greeting from Omar, we already knew we had entered a sanctuary of comfort and elegance.

Villa Divina is the most amazing boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Set high on a hill and surrounded by jungle, it offers breathtaking sunsets every night and a serenity that’s hard to find.

I feel like Los Angeles en el Paraiso is an undiscovered gem in San Patricio. The price I paid for what I got was amazing.

Best hostel in Guadalajara in my opinion.

Great hostel, everything was clean and tidy. Cool staff and a nice Café downstairs. Upstairs there's a great view of the city.

The parking is down the side when you first enter but the gate where you go for check in is a little bit down the road and not very well marked. There is a doorbell that you ring.

My friend and I spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is very well located and very well run. It does include a wonderful breakfast.

Amazing boutique hotel. If you want a small well looked after hotel, this charming place is for you. Staff are all very friendly and cater to your requests.

Everything was perfect. The owner is the nicest person in the world. So helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the grounds were beautiful and so relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi were great too.

This was my first visit this wonderful hotel. I was traveling solo and had friends staying at the sister hotel Playa Los Arcos. My room was perfect for me I loved my balcony with the chair swing.

Great location, easy access to everything on a quiet street. Very safe area with great staff looking after everything. Gloria was fantastic, the room was immaculate every day.

We stayed here for two nights. One night at either end of our trip to Mexico. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice walk in shower and a comfortable bed.

I am giving a 5 star for location because this is our go to when we travel through PV on our way to other places.
It is an easy walk from the airport to the hotel.

This is a very nice, compact resort that was built maybe in the 1970s but has been very well maintained.

Our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa exceeded expectations from start to finish.

Fabulous! My partner and I stayed here on our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and we are excited to return.

Best hotel of our entire trip. Rooms were beautiful, staff was helpful. The rooftop bar and pool were incredible. Our bartender Memo made our stay even better than an already perfect experience.

Let me start off by saying it makes absolutely NO sense why this place is categorized as “3 stars” because it was 5+++ stars experience.

Where do I begin?
Weddings are stressful and a handful of planning financial decisions and unanticipated problems. When we arrived to the hotel, the stress was gone!

This hotel is similar to a European Penision. Small, quaint, clean. Excellent location.
AC in room was perfect. No elevator, however the one flight of stairs is a easy climb.

Great hotel with excellent customer service! The front desk employees are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort.

The staff are absolutely fantastic! Guadeloupe, Edgar, David, Tomas, Martin & Pedro to name a few.

Spent reading break with four friends at Las Palmas and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The incredible staff waws our best highlight.

A lovely spot with lovely staff! Nice to be up in the mountains above Puerto Vallarta, surrounded by nature.

Ten Day stay. The room available at check-in was not the one reserved and paid for because when we arrived it was not available for the first 4 nights of the stay.

We were at the resort for a week, over Christmas and were pleased with the way the resort celebrated the holiday particularly the Christmas Eve dinner, the turkey was amazing! Well done, chefs.

Room: we stayed in the deluxe 1 bedroom with ocean and pool view. The room is modern, functional and spacious for a family.

I had my wedding here in January 2026 and I couldn’t recommend it more!

We stayed at the Westin Puerto Vallarta last week.

Our stay at the Westin Resort and Spa in PVR was wonderful in so many ways, but not quite perfect.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Villa Armonia. The staff is very friendly, the food is good, and the room decor is unique. We loved the beautiful gardens and the peaceful atmosphere.
