We needed a last-minute place to stay during our visit to guadalajara. This location was highly recommended by our friends and family nearby. No regrets whatsoever.

We stayed at Hotel HS Hottson in Chapala, Jalisco 1 week ago. To say it was a wonderful stay would be an understatement! Very clean room and common areas. Beautiful pool and absolutely amazing staff.

My friends and I stayed at HS HOTSSON SMART Chapala the first week of April 2023. The front desk staff, the manager and Spa staff are friendly and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day.

We had such a fantastic, relaxing time. The staff is so warm amd friendly. It was my 1st time in Puerto vallarta and the resort and town are beautiful and peaceful.

I didn't stay in the resort but we ate at the restaurant nearly 3x a day for our entire trip which was 5 days. I am not a seafood person but this restaurant convinced me otherwise.

The food is delicious with amazing service, the beach there is wonderful also the restaurant has an amazing view of the ocean I would recommend coming here to eat and stay.

Been eying this resort for years and decided to celebrate my birthday there. I was blown away by the beauty and the concept. This is not a typical all inclusive beach hotel experience.

What an amazing trip. We were met by Alex on our arrival. Such a friendly introduction. We were celebrating our anniversary which Alex was nice enough to gift us a bottle of wine.

Our accommodations were simply stunning. Of course, we saw pictures of the rooms prior to making our booking but when we got there, it was even better than expected.

Booked the hotel as my office is close by. Wasn’t expected much but this hotel is kind of a Jem hidden. I really like to quality of food provided by the restaurant and room service.

I was very Happy that my request for a quiet room had been respected.

The rooms are old and need some renovation.

Is the second time that enjoyed this beautiful place.

We love this spot for coming in for a day dunk for the kids and have a top notch meal! Every plate I’ve had had been amazing! Great prices, Great service!

I've stayed here twice, the staff are always very helpful, professional and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although some minor maintenance is needed. Prices in May were fair.

We enjoyed our stay, the facilities are in good shape. Pools are nice and the view of the Chapala Lake is beautiful.

Checkin was fine. The property layout and location is exceptional. The room was very large although the furniture slightly dated. The bed was amazing and very comfortable.

Perfect location.
Clean room, comfortable bed and aircon and TV are working properly…they have a rooftop pool, small pool, but they have a good size lounging area, really nice for sunbathing.

For a budget hotel there's not much to complain about unless you want to be really picky. It's an older place that could use some maintenance and upkeep. But it's clean and the AC works.

Place doesn't have e a front desk for emergencies or a late check in.
Fun upper pool area.
Was clean with the exception of a large bug that appeared upon our return.

If you get the chance to stay here and meet Christian and Jessica they are both such nice people.

Location is perfect. Very quiet and very accessible and has a gorgeous view of the ocean.
Atmosphere is calm and serene.
Rooms are very clean and tidy.

I love PV and plan to move there soon. I've been visiting for 28 years, with approximately 20 trips in total.

The service at this resort is top notch guest-centered! From front door to reception to restaurant, everything is done with a smile n sincerity and friendliness.

We had an excellent time at Costa Sur and Spa. Service was amazing! What surprised us the most was how all staff worked together as one family.
