If fitness is a priority in your life specifically when traveling then this is not the place to stay. The hotel has an exercise room but it only has 3 machines and they do not work. Too much traffic to go out for a run, so that is not an option either. The service/people and rooms are great (5 star), and overall a very comfortable stay. While on traveling we become very stationary and eating "healthy" is a challenge (ie. Lots of sitting on planes, taxis, office cubes, fast food) so exercise is important… to avoid a heart attack and extra weight :) I think the "Hilton" hotels have the $s to invest in exercise equipment :) If fitness is not a priority for you when traveling, then you can ignore this review — again a comfortable stay.

Convenient for an early flight. Clean hotel & friendly staff. Would have appreciated if they provided conditioner (only shampoo, soap bar & lotion) but not a deal breaker for just 1 night.

I liked very good hotel with a k scholarship good beds, good shower and bathroom all excellent only that one thing no vending machines and I've been looking for a good time :c but the rest perfect.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Below average does not go according to the hotel.

Although the hotel is very standard, there was a water leak when we arrived, we reported it and when we came back in the evening, it was still not fixed. The phone was not used to report it again and we had to call the hotel on cell and there was no good sign. There was no Wi-Fi either because they were repairing it. The bed and that's good.

Excellent option for short stay in GDL.

The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The air conditioning was broken in the first room I was given, but the staff quickly gave me another room. The free breakfast is above average for a hotel breakfast.

Great location to a satelite office. Chili's next door is very convenient. Loved yhe brekast bar in mornings and happy hour was a nice surprise. Room had a really loud a/c unit and it was turned off while I was out so room got super hot while I was away.

The best there is for its price. They have better (all Neutrogena, bone is a shampoo and conditioner that if you can use) amenities that more expensive hotels. Super clean Nice breakfast, cleanliness. Variety of teas in your room for free. A spacious closet with iron and ironing board for those of you traveling on business.

The room was very clean all necessary things were in the room. Great customer service. Is next to Denny's which is a big plus if you arrive late at night n you're hungry.

They have great service and provide free breakfast.

Old, tired, needs updating. Breakfast is passable. If going on business to a CM go a little closer to downtown.

New rooms with new mattresses. The breakfast is full and you can request a lunch pack for the road. Have transportation from the hotel to the airport, it is only necessary to reserve it. Next to chilis and Denys.

Only q the bed is very high and my husband, m not able to make love in the orillita of the camapor that my husband is a little short.

The place is very nice, has 24 hrs gym, there are drinks always available as tea, coffee and water, the place is very quiet, do not hear the noise or the road or the people, nothing you perceive and affect, the buffet included is good, although it is not very varied, however it is acradecen the options of milk lactose, fruit, chilaquiles, variety of bread, cereal etc. All in all it is of the best hotels in that I eh stayed in GDL.

The staff is so friendly. The rooms are very clean. Comfortable beds. No microwaves or refrigerators which is a negative. But there is a Danny's and a Chili's right outside the front doors. I enjoyed my stay.

Great bed so falling asleep was easy but the street traffic woke us up. Nice breakfast included. Ok for a layover since its close to the airport and shuttle was free.

Comfortable rooms with good space, breakfast is basic but rich to support the day. Good service from the front desk and nearby there are 2 restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Excellent Hotel, the staff is very friendly, it is safe the location, near the airport, outside there is a chillis and a dannys, has a warm pool, very nice rooms. Recommended!

Clean and comfortable. Its breakfast is super rich and obvious near airport.

The rooms are decent but the road noise is terrible. The breakfast is ok, the eggs get overcooked and cold from sitting. The fruit is clearly old, from taste and texture.

English speaking employees, friendly and helpful. Wonderful Mexican breakfast in the morning. Comfortable rooms with a free bottle of water! Shuttle service to and from the airport. Only thing considerably close to this hotel is an Applebee’s and IHOP. But, downtown area is a less than 20 USD ride to downtown.

A very clean hotel. And practical. Since it is the closest to the airport in Guadalajara. Small rooms. But comfortable. It has several restaurants. Around him. And the hotel has rates of very good price.

Typical Hampton inn. Newer property near Chili's and Dennys restaurants. Close to airport. King beds are still extra firm. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

The rooms are comfortable, only the buffet is from 6am to 10am, I have seen that several guests do not reach breakfast!

Hotel is good, clean and friendly staff… There is absolutely NOTHING to do around the hotel at all to do is why I give it only 2 stars.

Didn't size rooms with albeit drab furnishings and decor. Parking can be a problem especially when fully booked, since they share parking with a Holiday Inn Express, Dennys & Chillis restaurantserves. No fridge or microwaves in the rooms, next to the highway in a gated compound. Free shuttle to the airport.

The service in this hotel is great! The people that work here is very professional and knows what they are doing. Stay in this hotel every time I come to visit Guadalajara.

I was only at this location for a short period of time, but from what I saw the property was somewhat run down and needed some improvements. Staff was very helpful and kind. They must see a lot of traffic through here being this close to the airport.

I've stayed here multiple times over the last year. They're always friendly. My only complaint is that the rooms need some upkeep. Paint and wall paper tears, mold in some corners of the bathroom, and the worst… the hand towels, although they should be white, they tend to be dingy and yellow stained. The breakfast is okay, love the fresh fruit.

Nice hotel, close to the airport but a half hour taxi ride from downtown Guadalajara.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond the call of their duties just to make sure the flight crew had the absolute best stay. They rooms were great and the fitness center is the best!

Buffet breakfast so delicious, room clean, service from front desk, pesimo, which is common in guadalajara, exept, IF you HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS, ADDRESS WITH JOSUE, the only one who can help fix any situation.

A place sercas from the airport very clean and quiet selos I recommend.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is very attentive.

Call them to have shuttle available (they say they have it open every 1/2 hr) and when arrive to airport they do not have it. Just keep me in the line at the end I pay my taxi, any answer from anyone. I ask for the manager and obviously was not available.

The rooms and quiet and always superbly clean. The breakfast is without fail incredibly delicious. The gym is small but does the job. I would hesitate to book a room here.
