Your restaurant is a porqueria it takes more than an hour in a sandwich and that is when there are little people, they want to meet all of a hotel with 2 waiters.

It was a great experience. I loved so much the service and the food. People was very nice with me and my family.

Very nice hotels definitely worth it! Rooms were nice, breakfast was delicious, customer service was great, and cost is very reasonable. We stayed in different City Express hotels and they were consistently great. Yolanda at the Puerto Vallarta City Express was amazingly helpful and attentive.

A hotel very practical, comfortable and clean. Also includes the breakfast and very rich.

Be careful when paying I was charge double. When check in I pay cash and ask the front desk not to charge my card. Later on the day I check my bank statement and they had charge me again. They said it was a deposit but then the lady cancel it. I book online and it doesn’t mention any type of deposit needed to book.

Comfortable. Close to the airport. Ideal if you're only passing through. Restaurant inside the hotel with full menu.

The rooms are OK only that something I found the floor was very dirty I understand that it is normal but you notice that they did not clean it regularly. The location complicated to get from the ATO because the return is not close and there is no good signage. Perfect to come and go in less than 20 min to the ATO. Nothing convenient if you want to go to town.

Good location, quick service, free breakfast and cheap to order dinner. It does the job for a quick nap before taking a flight.

Hotel close to the airport of Guadalajara, with own parking and good service, prices somewhat expensive, but has breakfast included and there is also a restaurant if you arrive late, close this at 02:00 am and has transportation to 10 km round or taxis.

Excellent service, very comfortable and modern facilities. It lacks improving the restaurant in the quality of the food but very good hotel to rest and is close to the airport.

The facilities are comfortable. Email appearance of a smoke free place, but lag prisons, guests and hotel staff, smoke near the entrance and by the draughts the aroma and smoke seeps into the interior, especially in the restaurant area.
The quality of the food is bad, they promote politeness of meat, but the chef does not give the requested term to the meat.
Decided to close with one of the industrial areas, is a good option to rest, more if you look for something else, there are other more enjoyable options.

The unic or detail is in the restaurants the service of waiters is a bit slow, but the rooms are very comfortable.

Of the chain City Express in which I have stayed, I dare say that City Express Guadalajara Airport is the best, very modern, very clean, the food in the restaurant we liked a lot, overall design very nice. Altamemte Recomendafo this hotel!

This place is less than 10 minutes from the airport and super convenient. They made it really easy to check in and check out and grab a bite in the morning before heading out. The restaurant was decent and the staff was really friendly. They had someone monitoring the parking area over night did I didn't worry much about the car. The place is pretty new and modern — just what you need, the basics. For some reason they had done some painting and the smell was seeping into our room. We called the front desk and were able to move us to another room. They quickly sent someone to help us move our bags to the new room and trade out our keys. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at all times were very friendly. And the room was very comfortable. The food of the restores. Very healthy and with good sason.

Regular service. Breakfast very monotonous and often scarce. Rooms with the minimum indispensable. Smoking area not very comfortable.

The worst service I have received in a long time in a hotel from waiting 40 minutes to receive the amazing room that only have one person from answering the phone and getting it. The service at the deli worse two more people complained about not receiving Serbian. I won't come back and I don't recommend the two stars is for the room but the attention is zero. Any place you will tend better.

Hotel is really nice. Staff was friendly. Food was pretty good at the deli. My only gripe was the bed it wasnt too comfortable.

Allow you to carry baby and the rooms almost always alone. I love that they will give you a thousand entries.

They told us they had 24 hour service then their taxi guy wasn't able to help us out because he was too worried about putting surfboards on top of his car. Which put us way behind running to the airport. The whole reason why we booked here was a shuttle service vw to the airport. Thanks guys.

The hotel is as its name says "express. " It is very clean, simple, and comfortable. I stayed I a one queen sized bed which was EXTREMELY comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel of you plan to go to the airport the next day since they offer FREE transportation to the airport. Also, FREE breakfast is given which include scrambled eggs, sweets, cereal, coffee, and much more! I have an awesome stay. Thank You City Express!

Frendly staff willing to help out, attentive, bilingual. 6. Rooms are nice. A lil small, but very accommodating. Cable tv, AC, heater, comfy bed. 7. From $65-75 for a single bed, Comfy place next to the Airport. 8. Secure place, I felt safe. They have baggage storage at no extra cost just ask.

Your guests will also work Saturdays and Sundays, and we use the airport every day and every hour, we need the transportation service at all times and very annoying not to have it. Convenient airport location, but free arport shuttle service is not available until 6 AM.

Friendly staff! Clean and modern. Close to airport (10-15 minutes or so). Recommend for getting a good nights rest before flying out. Shuttle to airport only provided. Taxi will take you to hotel from airport. They have great taxi service to anywhere in Guadalajara.

Im a frecuent traveler, and they make here the fastest chekinn in my whole life, the hotel looks like new its clean but its small even for a cityexpress. Its just 5minutes from airport, so its perfect for buissness trips. The only issue I found its that the Air conditioning its just over youre face while resting on the bed. Everything else its what it is! need something near hotel, use this! (its 30min from Guadalajara downtown).

Very modern and comfortable hotel. It has both cafeteria and restaurant. Delicious chai latte and a simple buffet breakfast.

The best option, it's super close to the airport and you can easily move to any GDL point is on fast routes.

In my experience, this hotel brings a cozy service is really nice to be attended as an important costumer, super recommend you.

Good service, basic amenities, comfortable mattresses, good Wi-Fi, air conditioning lacks maintenance, your shuttle starts at AM so if you have an early flight the option is Uber (and only hotel to airport not vice versa).

It is a good place even that could be closer to the airport. It's clean and very tidy. Worth a night or two.

I would actually give it Three & Half Stars of that was an option. Pros: Good location for early departures and late arrivals, the airport is less than 10 minutes drive away. There is a free shuttle to the airport (but be aware of availability at weekends). The hotel is very clean. Wi-fi is good. Shower worked well. Ironing board and iron in room. Air-conditioning was quiet and efficient. Cons: Very little else around. Rooms fairly basic with no wardrobes. More importantly there is no fridge which seems unreasonable considering the fairly high price. Breakfast was pretty poor and all plates, bowls, cups and cutlery are disposable.

Modern and secure place but surrounded by slums, inconsistent service at the reception and restaurant. Bathrooms are environment friendly, but somehow stink to dry sewage.
