Me pareció muy buen hotel, no tuve tiempo de probar los alimentos, aunque te queda muy muy cerca Chilis y Denny's … cómodo y super rápido del aeropuerto, malo el elevador que suena mucho pero de ahí en más sin queja.

I've stayed in a few hotels in GDL and they have always been pleasant stays except this one! If I could rate this hotel a half star I would just because the receptionist was very nice and professional. Other than that they would receive no star. Since the hotel is near the airport and I've always had good stays in Holiday Inns, I decided to stay in this one but wish I hadn't. Everything seemed clean and well put, until the next morning I woke up with 9 bed bug bites! I been in so much pain and the itchiness wont go away. This just goes to show that they don't properly clean their sheets and hotel rooms. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here!

It is a nice facility with friendly staff and very clean. On the down side, there was construction going on, so it often noisy inside my room. Also, there’s not much in the way of restaurants, so you need a car or a taxi if you want more than Chili’s or Denny’s!

Room was adequate. I left some items in the room. The staff was able to get them back to me.

The location is nearby GDL Airport, is just a 5 minute drive away, it has a couple of restaurants just next door and and across de parking lot, so if you have options to have a good meal just outside your room, the rooms are quite comfortable, very dark at night for a good sleep and will lit during the day, the A/C works great so you can get the right temperature for your likes, the staff is great, friendly and always trying to fulfill all your needs!

If you want a comfortable hotel close to the airport then this is the hotel — unpretentious — spacious — and very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. Not really sure about all the nearby food spots. Just love the cleanliness and location.

The people were really nice. At first, it took a minute to get used to the culture but once I relax and enjoyed my new surroundings.

Good Hotel service. They leave you an accurate guide to the available channels plus it is close to the GDL Airport (Guadalajara) which is a key point for tourists in case the traffic and get there fast and early to the. Also the room service is good.

American traveler. Perfect for a short stay. Has shuttle service to airport. Not sure about pickup but I am sure that exists. It is a cheap uber fare. Uber can pickup from airport. Chili's and Denny's restaurant in parking lot area. Free breakfast served. Breakfast was just ok. Mexican/American food. Very safe and clean.

I did not like the shuttle guy asking for a tip when all he actually did was pick up the bags to put in the van to taking them out. Did not open and shut door did not roll them from the lobby just that. Then he want to look at me like a cheapo. Anyway room was nice great beds and clean.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is acceptable. No safe or refrigerator in rooms. Airconditioner would turn on every 15-20 minutes at full power and run for a few minutes then shut off which was annoying at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes to get to the airport.
