The strainer of the room did not work, asked for attention to the reception and me. They said that the guy from maintenance was out and in 15 min he arrived, wait one hour and I went back to mark only to run into the attitude tired of the receptionist who just told me that he had already left the guy and you had not tools, and that I had to wait until the next turn to see if the receptionist of the next turn I had tools to fix the problem, the receptionist would not give me his name, all this happened on Saturday, October 19, this year from 6pm.

I booked and paid with a month in advance and when I arrived with all my group, it turns out that there were no reserved rooms, they managed to give us some, but they were in smoking area, others were already occupied by other guests etc. From reception was a lack of control and constant disrespect on the part of Leslie the receptionist, who never took responsibility for his work. He told us that if we wanted to leave, we asked him to speak to the manager who never showed up!

They sent the service guy to " fix the issue. Due to not having a manger in. Got moved to another room, sheets where dirty and had yellow stains. — — > poor service all the way.

It has its aesthetic details but they give very good reception.

A good choice for spending a few nights there while you enjoy Guadalajara. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (although no mini bar, at least not in my room). Some minor issues: rooms have no good noise isolation and hot water can take some time before it flows out of the tap. But the advantages (excellent beds, reliable airconditioners, friendly staff, etc. ) outweigh the disadvantages. I was told that the quesadillas in the hotel restaurant are exceptional. No opportunity to check the claim, but maybe next time!

A hotel in a very good area of Guadalajara, in good condition its facilities. The Buffet breakfast service is average poor in assortment but tastes good.
The pool is not very big but it serves you enough to take a good dip
The prices are accessible so it is a busy place, very good choice for families.

The room was very clean and spacious. The parking is not enough for all the guests and there is a night club close the hotel and in some rooms there is a lot of noise. On the other hand the price is good and the rooms have plenty space.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and the service just keeps getting worse. At full capacity it's understaffed and the service leaves a lot to be desired. The food is terrible and the room service inefficient. I'd ordered something from the room service menu just to get something completely different. The Wi-Fi didn't work for 3 days (and when it did it was really slow). I made the mistake of recommending to other people and I'm sorry to have done so. Many of them were given rooms that were not properly cleaned (they'd find other guests' personal items) and the staff was less than helpful. Don't expect the AC to work in some of the rooms.

Attention: I'm waiting that send me the information of a reservation that realise in the morning, and still have not sent me any information I hope that both will not take. The young lady that I attended is called carina campero.

My opinion on the service is good although in some occasions are small insidentes spacious since I was staying for an average of two months.

What did I hate was it the lck box with out a door or waiting to get our room 1 hr wich still had vomit on the back of the bathroom door cleaning person said sorry dint see it because it was on the back wow wow isint she sopose to clean the room will I was sopose to stay for 3 nights not I will never stay here ever again.
