They stole my jacket from my room and the maneger dint do anything about it. The employees are lazy and they cover each other up. I will never go back there. I wish I can talk to the owner so he can fix this problem. Please first read all the bad comments before you book there. Apprentely there has being any people that have stole their stuff.

Clean modern hotel. Very reasonably priced. Recommended. Check out the rooftop, good place to relax.

Good service Although the stay was short, the rooms are new, they have a spectacular view, the windows have restrictions and very clean besides being well accommodated all, the only minor drawback is the elevator which is somewhat slow but apparently they are In building a new one.

Hotel Sensilla but comfortable and although not the great wonder it works. Elevator is what does not work because it is very very slow.

Reasonably priced if you reserve directly with the hotel you get a better price.

Lousy a receptionist when I asked for the separate bills she started arguing with me. Instead of looking for a way to fix the place the good the rooms excellent but disappointed with the attention. In the end I solved with the administrative area my question is? Because arguing with a guest.

I accidentally dropped in the lobby a stack of bills as I was taking my 2 yr old son to the ER. I noticed I lost all my money when I was already at the hospital. Next morning I asked the guy who parks the vehicles that I lost my money and he told me that a guest found it and gave it to the employee at the lobby. Guess what? They only gave a portion of my money. Security cameras shows that this thief moves into a blind spot to count the money and just put a partial inside of an envelope. Which is what I received the next day. This happened around midnight. They are thieves and the manager covers their employees. Money lost, around 300 dls or 6000 pesos.

A nice hotel. The beds were firm.

Very comfortable, very good cleaning service. All are very friendly. Although the location is not the best, I think that the same is of great help.

Near the FIL. Clean and central Hotel. Places to eat very close and of excellent quality.

A little small the bedrooms, overall it's nice and the service too. But there is a great danger! At the end of each floor there is a window (door) from floor to ceiling that can be opened and emptied. It can be opened easily, there is only one pot in front, dangerous for children.

Overall we liked our stay, but there were some glaring issues that prompted me to give it 3 stars. Room was nice, clean, and modern, but small with a bad view. They were unable to accommodate by switching our room. The worst part was not being able to store our luggage. This is the only hotel I have been in that was unwilling to store luggage post check out, citing that the owner doesn't like to do that for guests. This is an important accomodation for us since we normally have to check out prior to our flights leaving and do not want to drag our luggage around the city. We will not be staying here for future visits to the city.

It is a good place to stay, the facilities are clean and the rooms cozy. The elevator takes years to get up and down, it's the only one but.

Hotel type Europe, clean but only to sleep for a while, without more services than the basics.

Comforting and spacious rooms, with a nice view of the area. The elevator is quite small, but that might be my only complain about the hotel.

I'm having lousy experience, the air conditioner does not work, I requested room change and they said no other available, just offered to open the window and the noise does not let rest. You're not staying here. I applied for props and all I had to ask for three times.

Very clean place the staff is great! Downside I think are the rooms to small if you want to a have three people stay in there!

The hotel being a place of passage this very well. Q you are missing is a place to have breakfast and qesta in an area that was not so pretty and far away from the center.

Price-service ratio excelent and this relatively new is 6 months open, until now my 3rd night here and everything in order, cleanliness and attention.
Most importantly the bed and pillows super comfortable.

I was comfortable and all. Only that says that the fare is 659 or something like that and at the end pay 900 and fraction for each night.

Grey customer service! Every one is there to help. The rooms are small but everything it's new and it's equipped with all the necessary things to make your stay pleasant. The price of the rooms is pretty affordable and you are close to the downtown. Restaurants and bars walk distance. There is also a little park 4min walk distance where you can go for a run. This Hotel is 100% smoke free.
