NEVER leave your car in their valet parking! We did a scratch to the car and will not be made responsible for eventhough they had said that if they were to be responsible. They are very poorly fitted!

Small Hotel very nice. The rooms are clean and elegant, although a double room it seems that something is adjusted with respect to the space. Offers coffee to the guests but in a glass of styrofoam.

I have to rate this hotel with zero stars (just that the rate&review won't let me)! It's not like I paid for a hostal ($5, 000 for thee days) either for the awful service my family and I received. It's not clean, beds are too stiff, the rooms are tiny, and there is just A LOT of noise! My car got hit in their parking lot and they did not acknowledge this problem whatsover… terrible experience!

I personally did not stay there I went to visit a friend that was in town. Over based on what he told me very satisfied and pleased with the service in general!

I had a nasty experience in my stay at this hotel. When you park in this hotel you must leave your car keys with the receptionist, the problem occurred when the hotel employees had a scuffle with a guest who wanted to give the leak because "as I did not pay" and as the receptionist had the keys to my C Amioneta wanted to put it through so that the guests could not leave, who would think to do that with the vehicle of a guest? Fortunately I heard the beeping of my alarm and came down right away.

The bath extractor to smelled to caño, the bathroom very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

El lugar está decente y tiene mobiliario moderno, haya ahí llega lo positivo. Toda la noche hubo ruidos de todo tipo, si tienes coche y planeas dejarlo aquí no te recomiendo este lugar, tiene un estacionamiento de risa, van a estar jugando tetris con tu auto y en ocasiones lo van a estacionar en la calle. Es muy difícil de ubicarlo desde la calle porque está muy chiquito el lugar, nosotros llegamos por accidente al hotel de al lado. En pocas palabras yo no disfruté mi estancia ni tantito y no planeo regresar ni mucho menos recomendar este hotel a menos de que no halla de otra.

It's a nice place; Well-located and clean; Excellent for Price; But the counter staff is rude; It's not polite; You ask something and they don't help you; They make you faces… that completely ruins the experience.

The location is close to the expo and bus stop. The room is clean and nice. Language barries with the staff who do not speak english. But the overall I am satisfy.

Nice modern features. Very Clean. Some of it is interesting but can be a little bit annoying. Card used to open door needs to be inserted into a wall slot to turn on lights. This can turn into a headache carrying stuff in and out every day. THe HVAC is controlled via wireless remote and can also be hard to operate. FYI, The use of LED all over. Some may find annoying I think the bathrooms were the worst, probably 7000K blueish tint. Also, this place smells Like MDF board. As soon as you walk in, Its like opening up a huge box of cheap IKEA furniture; The smell of wood resin was overwhelming, but I guess the place is new, so maybe thats why?

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, the beds are a bit too firm. Got a great shower with upgrades. Close to GDL airport about 15 — 20 min away.
