I liked the hotel. Simple and well equipped. It fulfills its goal if what you are looking for is a nice place to rest without extras that do not occupy.

No frills hotel, but does it really well. Rates are economic and value is good. The personnel is friendly and always available, rooms are clean most of the time. I've stayed in this hotel many times and even though a few of them I've had to deal with broken equipment in the room, the rest have been good experiences in accordance to the low rates. Parking is convenient and it's not a noisy hotel (except when there are big events happening on the huge event yard behind the hotel or concerts in Expo) The location is good, it's right in front of Expo Guadalajara, it's a 3 minute walk to the entrance and it's a 10 min drive to Chapultepec, ir 5 to Chapalita, two trendy brunching/dining areas in the city. The food service in the hotel is one of it's lacking points but then again, the rates are quite low and there are a couple of restaurants next door. If you have no problem with this kind of basic economic hotel, by all means try it, otherwise go for the more premium ones in the area (several of them near by) Also, if you get the LeClub membership free card, you can cash some nice benefits like preferential rates.

I just stopped by the hotel lobby for business and waiting for some colleagues. Overall it is quite presentable and clean, the décor is modern and the atmosphere nice, the only detail is that it is very hot in the waiting area and sometimes many people accumulate.

The service was terrible, the rooms are too small and do not have bar soap. We had to move from room because the first smellof cigarettes. The idea of using the cards for the accent must have been an idea. The only good thing was the internet. It is only recommended for executives, neither to make scale nor to stay more than one day as a family.

It is impressive that not a glass of water can rwgalar you, no ice in the restaurant, the service leaves a lot to be desired. If it is Hotel executive… Poor people who have to get here all the time.

It is a business class hotel… Completely austere, no gym or great restaurant. Meets plainly.

Same standard as other Ibis with the difference that resturante meal is lousy. It shouldn't be offered.

Lousy service in customer care, at reception you leave a thousand hours on the phone, took a month to send my bills and reservations were not registered in your system even though I have a confirmation email from them. LOUSY ATTENTION not even a star deserve.

It is a great option for any business trip, or tourist with the family, its facilities are very comfortable, located in a good place, safe and with a great variety of transport to go to any place!

It takes pool and chairs to be outside. The lobby small but cozy. Water bottles are missing in the rooms.

Excellent hotel for business or pleasure, maybe the rooms might look small but their avant-garde European style makes them comfortable. I liked the detail that in the bathtub and sink have soap dispenser which makes it more practical and environmentally friendly than the classic bars or bottles of shampoo. As my suggestion should put a metal bar in the shower because as there is a step this could be difficult for older people or knee problems.

The room was very clean, the bathrooms were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good value for money the hotel is austere, still the stay is comfortable, well Located. The staff is Well-arranged.

The service at Hotel Ibis Guadalajara was good, nothing to complain of. Overall, staying there was pretty good. The location was perfect for us that wanted to go to the Expo Guadalajara. The only thing I can complain of that the rooms are not that big and some rooms were not in perfect conditions, they had dirty mirrors and the door lock was broken.

Very nice little motel and the price is very suitable for the facilities it offers. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, has a cafeteria and includes breakfast. If you use the room briefly in your stay, and only to sleep, it is an ideal hotel.

The room is small just like the bathroom, you hear a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms (or it will be that I touched very scandalous people), very good location for who goes to the Expo Guadalajara, near the Plaza del Sol. The bed is very comfortable.

It's becoming obsolete. There are no services. The shared ironing area, very small rooms. It only saves the location.

Super rude at the front desk, they catered to me and the guys of the Comoe organizer of Antad lousy! Apart they lied, they didn't even apologize for doing things wrong, horrible the truth, the hotel in if it doesn't have bad facilities but the staff is horrible the truth.

Poor service, bad attitude of the staff at reception. They are rude, scoffers and haughty. Even when you are in front of the expo there are many other options that are much better. The rooms are super small, I stayed two days and in the hallway were arranging some signs that so were on the floor, Olia horrific to resist. There is no water in the rooms, the bathroom of 1x1 m… Not recommended. Don't even think about it!

Great place to spend the night, the beds are very comfortable.

Very poor staff, they ask for things like towels or pillows and you have to be talking to see if you are lucky to be taken. The room was only from 10am to 3pm and was not cleaned, it was requested at 5pm to do so and commented that there was no staff. Pity.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But the building is generally lacking maintenance. It looks filthy the street wall and carpet at the entrance.

Ok for quick stays, the rooms are clean but sometimes feel a bit old. The bathroom fan is usually permanently on, which isn't really a noise concern, but also not the best thing for the environment. The service is also ok. I've stayed here multiple times and have had diverse results. It's a bit/miss mixed thing. Sometimes they've greeted me wonderfully with a plate of fruit and a water bottle and sometimes (like this last time and a previous stay as well) theyve made me wait until 3pm even though they have available rooms. This last time I actually told the guy at the front desk how was it possible they didn't have available rooms if his coworker was already letting guests check in… and then he gave me promptly the room. Some other times everything has been great. Also, they rarely have the snacks they have on the menu available. As I said, it's a hit/miss situation, but even past that I recommend strongly this hotel due to the convenience. It has an excellent location in front of Expo Guadalajara and is cheap compared to the chain hotels located nearby. The membership system has good perks.

The location is excellent for events at Expo Guadalajara, in front of the place. Good service and attention. The small restaurant for the amount of people there may be in a high season, especially at breakfast. Very small and basic rooms, no safe you give the minimum, do not give water bottle, no coffee maker, no drawers for clothes. There is no soap or shampoo or conditioner just a general liquid soap. The basics for your stay. There are no common areas like garden only restaurant a bar. No pool, no gym.

Tiny rooms for 2. One outlet not working, (there are only 2 in the room). They let the street beggars in the loby. The restaurant and bar are overpriced. Rooms may or may not be cleaned by 4pm. For this price, in this town, I expect more.

There was no food service 24hr as advertised. The hostess were kind of rude about this. The rooms are ok. I wouldn't return.

The breakfast was only eggs and Jan and I didnt liked that at all, also the rooms werent as the pictures of the internet page, the people attending were rude.

It is a good hotel. Nothing fancy but good for staying a few nights. It's in a good location for business people working close to it.

Siento que le falta mejorar en algunos puntos, por ejemplo: no ponen jabón para el cuerpo en el baño y tienes que dejar las tarjetas en un lector para que haya energía eléctrica en la habitación y el baño. De ahí en fuera tiene buenas instalaciones.

The location is good, the area is very quiet. The people serving us is very attentive and the rooms are comfortable despite being small. And though breakfast is not the best, the balance is good. It is uncomfortable to go each time to activate the card to enter the room.

just one question, booking costs listed above are per room sensilla costs or less is the cost?
I've never gone to guadalajara but agree quoting costs of hotels.

I have been in ibis hotels and this does not compare, rooms are even smaller, hot water insufficient in the morning when there are expos (so, always) a single plate for all flooring, carpeting in the corridors rather dirty and to finish off, I've been more than a month trying to receive the invoice but never can send by that is that when I call, never have a mail system, a really uncomfortable experience.

In front of the Expo Guadalajara, ideal for visitors to the Expos, good relation of quality and price. For an extra cost the stay includes continental breakfast.

Lousy Hotel the worst that I've been, they had no towels and ask the front desk sent with the guard 2 towels all broken and sooo old (thin both spindle) to which I had to complain at the reception and then already sent 2 new towels, but they never changed them in the 3 days we were there, on the other hand when using the shower lots of water falls out of the bathroom and the entire floor gets wet the restored not is nothing pleasant veia better went to have breakfast at the hotel across the street.

Day July 26 while staying got to stay at the ibis in the city of guadalajara assigned us the room 201 and the first that happened to us is without having towels and the second and more important to remove the quilt we find "bugs" in the bed I have video and my discontent is that choose this hotel for cleanliness comfort and good treatment.
We changed room 118 and I couldn't sleep from the sensation of insects that I could produce an infection or spreading a disease by the bite.

Very nice lobby, good and contemporary décor, rooms are 1990, careless, unhygienic, hairs by torda Chamber, only double beds, are not prepared to receive many people since there are no towels, for two people in a room they leave you a big towel! He would not return, and for the price, there are many options and better quality.
