I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Puerto. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was simple but well taken care of—exactly what you need for a relaxing stay.

The room was spacious and very quiet. The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance. The hotel is right on the beach and offers sun loungers.

The most wholesome and beautiful welcoming place I've been to so far in Mexico. The staff was the best, really welcoming people.

I really enjoyed my stay at Barco Verde and ended up staying loger then planed. The hostel and the small garden are very cozy and inviting.

I have been here for a few nights and could not be more pleased with the service from staff and management. Very kind and attentive.

Great location, not too far from the ferry or the beach. Får enough from the center to be quiet. It has a nice little pool that was great to use after being on a sandy beach all day.

This was a great stay on Holbox! It's a few blocks away from the busiest areas, so it's easy to walk to anything you need but nice and quiet for relaxing. Very nice pool and common spaces.

We’ve had a suite with ocean view which was truly very spacious and pleasant. They could do slightly better with cleaning the kitchen, but maybe my standards are bit too high.

I have stayed at this hotel three times during my visits to Holbox, and I must say their customer service is the best.

Our first time to Isla Holbox — January 2026. Stayed at Punta Caliza, and found it to be a good value, but some downsides.
The pool was freezing.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Villas Tiburón! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect – they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

This hotel was great and reasonably priced. Anywhere beachfront on a small island with no paved roads is not going to be as comfortable as an American chain hotel in Cancun.

This hotel really surprised me. It was nice and quiet in a very loud place. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet being off the road.

It's conviently located when you areive with the ferry. Going to the beach takes a bit longer than from ither hotels/hostels but is still okay.

We were very grateful for our stay here. There was a mix up with our booking (fault on our side) and Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we could stay without any extra cost.

The hotel was quite nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Whenever we got a question or needed help, we immediately got support.

Very nice beach bar at a more quiet part of the beach at Holbox. Daybeds can be rented (200 MXN p. P. ) and the food and drinks are excellent. We came back several days and had a great time.

This place came by recommended of our hotel concierge. Just a short walk from our hotel The Mystique Blue, we found this place just sitting almost empty. It reminds you of a bohemian beach club.

Perfect place in Holbox and the pool on the roof top has an incredible view. If you want to party there is a place just next to it were you can listen to live music.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Excellent location right in the heart of Holbox where I prefer to be, surrounded by lively events, food, beach, vendors.

We stayed for 5 nights and could not have been happier. Sasha and the rest of the staff were amazing hosts. The place was very quiet and peaceful, with lots of hammocks and outdoor areas to relax.

Great experience at Ida y Vuelta if you are looking for a laid back experience like Holbox used to be. Clean and pleasant, lovable hammocks and nice places to sit outside.

As a single detail that does not have access ramps, you need to make it more inclusive.

The hotel has a Great location, 260m from the beach, and same distance to the center.
Very walkable, and yet at a good distance from the noise of the center.

Brilliant stay at Casa Sunshine. It's on the more expensive side as a backpacker but it's worth it for the lovely room, location and excellent service from the staff.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Just a few steps from the beach and to the center. The rooms need renovation, though. The walls need cleaning and painting.

Great little hotel just a stone’s throw from some of the nicest beaches on Holbox. Staff were very attentive, Mauricio was phenomenal — some of the best service we have received in Mexico.
