Very beautiful hotel, they have rooms with a private plunge pool. The breakfast is perfect everyday and als the taco's for lunch were amazing. You do need a taxi to go to the centre, but the reception calls them for you. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 days, everything perfect, beautiful grounds and great service. Some people will say its a bit remote, but its fine, lots of other places nearby if you want a different place to eat, but town is just a $10 taxi/buggy away. Dont hesitate, stay!

We had such a great time here! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the poolside area is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
A big thank you to Zuriyana for her amazing breakfast service, Olga for her warm smile and eagerness to help, and Abraham and Raul for being so attentive. Also, a special thanks to all the other lovely staff whose names we didn’t get — you were all wonderful!
We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon. 🌸

It was our second stay on Holbox. So we see a lot of the Island and this Hotel had the best Place!

My far the best staff, Cid, Zurich Abraham and everyone else make you feel like your one in a million, not to mention the beautiful hotel. They gave us tops on where to go and front desk always ready to help you plan any activity. They help us plan a tour if the island. Food was amazing as well.

First off I’d like to say the staff here makes this hotel a very enjoyable. We felt safe with security (Eric) on stand by all night. Not that it’s needed because this island feels super peaceful and safe but it was nice to know. The pool at this hotel is soooo nice! Marco at the hotel was very resourceful during our stay. We also had the best breakfast with the most beautiful view of Punta coco! So far amazing!

So far I am loving this place, location is amazing and overall the people are so helpful from the host Hugo assisting us with our early arrival. I love that fact that we had breakfast included and it wasn't just toast and coffee it was a full on breakfast option, our waiter Raul was super attentive and respectful. We also met Marco who also assisted us with finding things to do he was another employee who made our time even on the island and this beautiful hotel more enjoyable. I would definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family!

If you need good Wi-Fi or plan on doing some work / are a digital nomad, then this hotel is not for you. Terrible Wi-Fi service. It only works in the front desk, which is closed 35% of the day. The phone in your room doesn’t work either, it’s absolutely full of moskitos, no coffee to be found before 8:20 am, and the bar is constantly closed. Furthermore there is not 1 clean & comfortable chair to be found anywhere throughout the hotel. It is extremely overpriced. Not worth anything beyond $150 usd per night. Specially if you plan to work from your phone/ laptop during your stay.

Rooms were well appointed, clean, comfortable bed and pillows (best I experienced in the area! ). Service was excellent all around.
Reyna, Patricia, Ariel and the rest of the team were all super attentive responsive and helped us with transportation, tours, anything we needed really.
For those saying it’s so far away from everything… that’s the point! It’s quiet and clean and lovely. Flamingos and bioluminescence within a few minutes walk, makes this a pretty magical place.
Bike rentals can be arranged and takes 10 minutes to bike into town or an easy taxi ride.
We walked to a few of the nearby hotels for yoga and dinner.
I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We go to a Holbox very regularly and really love it there. We have stayed at many of the resorts on the island and found many of them lacking in either service or cleanliness. We just stayed at the Naay property for our second time and we won’t be staying anywhere else when we go back. The property is well maintained, and the staff really knows how to provide service. Issac at the front desk was exceptional and really made our stay enjoyable. All of the staff went above and beyond. The hotel rooms are very quiet and very clean. The Internet works fantastic which always seems to be a problem with other places we have stayed. We have had many bad massages in Mexico. Anna at the spa really surprised us with a fantastic deep tissue massage treatment If you like beauty, nature, quiet, clean, places with fabulous service and good food this is the place. We are already planning our trip back to Holbox next month and are very much looking forward to staying at the Naay property again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t say enough good things about Naay Boutique Hotel in Punta Cocos, Holbox. The food was incredible, but the staff were truly what made this place unforgettable. Reyna and Isaac at the front desk were phenomenal, they helped us plan amazing tours, gave us insider tips about the island, and even helped us get the best golf cart rental.
Olga and Antonio in food and beverage made every meal feel like something special. Their kindness and attention to detail made a huge impression on us. I wish I could remember the name of the security guard, because he went above and beyond, making sure we had packed lunches ready overnight for early morning excursions and even our long trip back to Cancún.
The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the pool is just chef’s kiss. I honestly don’t want to stay anywhere else, Naay has completely raised the bar. I miss it already.

I came to Naay to spend the day and the experience was amazing, so relaxing!
The pool was so clean and beautiful, the whole area is incredible, and the sun beds are so comfortable.
The service is amazing, the whole team is so attentive and kind, special recognition to Patricia who was my server during most of the time and the attention was perfect!
Completely recommended at least to visit and spend one day enjoying the pool and beach club.

Had a truly wonderful experience at AWA and TERRA. The place is absolutely luxurious — every detail is carefully thought out, from the beautiful design to the overall atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable. And the food at TERRA? Just amazing. High quality, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy top-tier hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

Naay is a very nice, laid-back place to stay. The ocean access is very comfortable with shaded loungers, and the staff will bring your drinks right to you! The pool is chilled, so it’s a VERY refreshing dip in a hot climate. Everything here is very clean and well maintained (the hotel is only 2 yrs old). Isaac, Reyna, Olga, Raul, Patricia, and Antonio worked hard to make our stay just perfect. We had massages in their open-air spa that were wonderful! The guacamole with pork belly was our favorite dish, but everything we ordered was delicious. It was nice to have breakfast included!

I celebrated my 50th birthday in Holbox and our experience at Naay Boutique was perfect. Ayezha, Manuel and Isaac, the reception team, made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived to the early morning we left. Isaac went out to the beach to help us with our luggage as our boat dropped us off. They welcomed us with a shot of Mezcal to start the celebration and showed us to our beautiful rooms. They helped facilitate everything we wanted to do on the island and were always available to answer questions till 10:30 or 11 every night. They even provided for us boxed lunches and arranged for coffee since we’re leaving before the free breakfast was available. The breakfast is not a buffet. It is wonderful. The fresh fruit and juices and so good. We really enjoyed the pancakes with fresh berries. The hotel is perfectly situated to capture the best sunset photos and is a short 10 minute ride from downtown where you can enjoy all the shopping and nightlife. Punta Coco, which is a short walk to the left of the hotel, is where you will find the most beautiful night sky and the bioluminescence plankton. Just magical! Best birthday ever!

The Hotel is a really nice place to stay. The beach in front of the hotel wasn’t the best on the island, but we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by, so no complaints there! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and kudos to Alex—he was extremely helpful and gave us great tips to make the most of our stay. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily take a cab or even walk along the beach to get there, which helps you avoid the noise and truly relax. Just watch out for the iguanas!

Amazing stay at hotel Naay with great hospitality shown from the staff, especially Issac, Reyna in reception who were super friendly and helpful with any needs and recommendations.
The property is so beautiful from the pool to the beach cabanas everything was great. Luiz and Tomas at the restaurant were very hospitable, so friendly and great to have a chat and laugh with.
We felt very taken care of and felt very safe. The stay at Naay is very memorable and thank you to all the staff that looked after us, we appreciate it alot.
