We stayed 9 nights at El Corazon Boutique Hotel. Our main reason for going to Holbox was to swim. With whale sharks and to see the bioluminescents.

We had an amazing stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, and having daily beach access to Marwimbi was a huge highlight.

Posada Mawimbi is truly a magical place. They have created a little slice of paradise with beautiful boutique rooms and an incredible beach. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

As someone who always does a very deep dive into the accommodation options when I go away, my husband and I could not have been happier with Hotel Mawimbi.

I traveled with my wife and 3 other couples to Holbox and this was our 2nd trip. We stayed on the west side of the island in 2025 and all agreed on Villas Caracol in 2026.

We had a wonderful stay at Villas Caracol. This gorgeous, intimate resort is located on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach on Holbox. The staff was exceptional and really made us feel welcomed.

The staff was amazing at this location. The pool was fantastic on the rooftop, very attentive. You were close to downtown, so you can actually walk into town and get other items.

This boutique was simply magical! Perfect from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a Master Suite with a private rooftop plunge pool.

Simply a place where all the staff is dedicated to make the guests feel good. Whole scenery is great with murals.

What a wonderful property! They have utilized every square inch to create a cozy, tropical haven with everything we would need. Nicest people on the planet with a resort cat that welcomes all!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Villas Flamingos—truly one of those bucket list experiences that lives up to (and exceeds) every expectation.

We had a great time as a family of 4 in Xaloc! Everyone is so nice. The breakfast is good! Kids enjoyed the family pool. The rooms are spacious and well equipped!

We spent a week here in early July followed by a week in Playa del Carmen (with Tui). Holbox was definitely our favourite week of our two week stay in Mexico with older teenage children.

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Very friendly service. Good breakfast included with room, which is a great start for each day.

If your are looking for a quiet and tranquil place to stay, this is the hotel for you.

Probably one of the best kept hotels on the island. Excellent family run operation. Very clean. Pool pristine Quiet at night. Fair prices for Holbox.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location with very few golf carts. The port, beaches, and town center are easily accessible on foot, despite the dirt roads with large puddles.

It was our first time in Isla Holbox and this was a great mid-range option that was close to the town center but also was extremely peaceful and quiet. The room was spotless and fresh.

This is, by far, the best place I’ve stayed at this year.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a birthday trip and it was a great experience all around.

Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Boutique DK! The beach view is breathtaking and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff welcomed us warmly and took care of every request immediately.

Visiting from US for 7 days. This little hotel is an amazing. Place to stay. Front desk staff is very helpful. The hotel rooms and common areas are very well kept and clean.

We enjoyed this beautiful hotel for 8 nights. We stayed in a Vision room and it was great to be able to listen to the ocean while you are falling asleep and waking.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Hotel Casa Punta Coco and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the staff were wonderful.

Stayed in Holbox many times and found this hotel to be comfortable and quiet. Away from the hustle and noise of the centre. Rooms were typical Holbox vibe, beach good too.

A hidden gem on Isla Holbox. Just a small hotel at a perfect location, close to beach and a few minutes walking to the center of town but enough to hear no noise from there.

Great deal, we got a family room and it was huge, 2 queen beds plus two singles and one hammock, we were only three people.

We stayed at El Nido in May 2026 and it was just perfect! The location is great for beach days, only a few minutes walking to Punta Coco.

A wonderful, stylish hotel on the quiet end of Holbox. Immaculately maintained pool and gardens, with generous well designed rooms, and a 3 min walk to the beach, we really loved our stay at El Nido.

We've stayed at Delek Holbox several times over the last 5 years, and somehow it just keeps getting better.

We had a wonderful stay at Delek Hotel. This place feels truly timeless! such a special atmosphere, calm and peaceful from start to finish.

This hotel is much better than the 4.1 rating! Big, beautifull renovated room, very close to beach, excellent breakfast. We paid only 100 euro per night for family room.

Rooms large, clean with great a/ c & a ceiling fan. King size bed very comfortable. Cleaned daily. Stocked fridge, complimentary drinking water provided. Great showers.
