MAJO Hotel Boutique

Nice hotel. It feels luxurious with relatively ok breakfast. The only downside is the location. Its relatively far from the center. So you definitely need to take a taxi to get there. Its not walkable due to the paddles. The taxi cost 200$ pesos/travel. There are only one or two restaurants nearby.
The staff was friendly and helped us to book tours. They recommended not to take specific tours because of the weather conditions.

A very cute hotel far from the Holbox busy city center (15-20 minutes) but close to the beach (5 minutes walk). Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The Wifi is only availaible at the reception or in the breakfast room. There is a mini bar and a safe in the rooms. All the rooms have a garden view with a small terrace.
Breakfast was included during our stay and we loved it. They offer fresh coffee and fruits, homemade bread & jam and a vast selection of dishes (eggs, omelets, pancakes etc…). The waiter was very friendly.
The reception offers a wide tour selection (Cabo Catoche, 3 Islas, Bioluminescence), beach towels (deposit needed).
This is a great value hotel freshly renovated!

Don't book this hotel. I had 2 weeks reservations and my daughter got sick. I need to cancel. I canceled a week before first day of reservation and 3 weeks before last day. They didn't refund me even a penny. They didn't care that my daughter is sick. They don't care of people. I will never, ever make reservation to this hotel.

Lovely is my word for this place. It’s 2 blocks away from the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. Their toiletries are organic and offer free breakfast.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is clean, comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious. Really loved it. It’s a tad isolated — about a 15 min walk into the city centre or a quick taxi ride (which we did at night because it’s pitch black once you get out of the city centre). Would recommend staying here!

It's a bit far from the center, but close to the beach, The rooms are so beautiful, clean, and perfect for me for the price!

This hotel was very nice, staff was great, location was awesome, right down the street to the beach ⛱️ and the beach didn't have much people at all! Breakfast was included and great. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. They also rent bikes and golf carts at the hotel. Very convenient. And one of the best prices for golf cart rental. They only have about 20 rooms and makes it private and cozy and quiet. If you on the fience on where to stay give this place a try and you will be happy with Casa Margot 😊

Fantastic hotel, very elegant and clean. We lived the rooms and the little terrace outside. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was really tasty.
It's 10 min walk from the town, but there are restaurants and bars nearby.
It's a walking distance from the bioluminescent lake.
Highly recommended!

Staff very friendly. The restaurant is good and prices reasonable. The room is really nice but had some minor problems. Looks like it need maintenence, maybe because we went on low season. You are 1km from center. Rent a bike and you can cover all island. At night you need a torch for walking or riding.

Cosy hotel with good service.

We spent a delicious week at Casa Margot 🥰😍 a very attentive and welcoming service, always caring about us. That beautiful garden full of life plants I fall in love with. Breakfast very well served and rich. The girls in the restaurant are very cute and friendly.
Special thanks to Anto who since before our arrival attended us as important guests and waiting for us.

Casa Margot has beautiful rooms that have fresh and cozy spaces. The rooms and common areas are kept clean and nicely decorated. They have bikes and golf carts for rent at the property, making it very convenient for guests to rent them at location. They serve breakfast and dinner which it’s also a plus whenever you don’t want to leave the hotel. Staff is friendly and Cynthia, the manager is always there to help with a great charisma!

Poor attention since we arrived in the lobby. The internet was constantly failing.
We had the terrible experience that they are smoking marijuana on the second floor in one of the rooms not of the guests and we never saw that they will catch their attention.
In the restaurant limited the menu expensive and with a laziness to serve the guest.

The hotel with the worst empathy with people and the situation the country is going through made me sick with COVID, I showed my proof and wanted to cancel my reservation and they flatly refused to cancel.

We loved staying at Casa Margot. Practically new facilities. Very comfortable rooms, good lighting. The attention from Salvador in the very warm lobby and in the restaurant of the waiter ROBERTO made our stay a vacation of 10 in HOLBOX.

Excellent place, beautiful and beautiful hotel, very comfortable, original, very warm staff attention. Clean, organized, attentions, small restaurant ybdiscreto, rich food. The best thing was the package with breakfast included and above all VERY GOOD PRICE. Thank you.
