A great choice to spend a few relaxing days in Holbox. Our suite was very large and had a fantastic balcony with hammocks, beach loungers, and a patio dining set. The ocean view from the room was amazing! The daily breakfast was always delicious, delivered promptly with warmth and a smile. Isaac, the manager, is an outstanding host. He will go out of his way to help with your every need. He is well connected across the island and can get you discounts at partner restaurants or tours. He was super helpful in booking tours for us at a great rate and with minimal notice. In short, if you want higher quality, amenities, a quiet and relaxing setting, and great service, DK Hotel is the perfect option for you.

We booked their premium suite on the top floor which was extra spacious and spectacular. Listening to the waves at night with screen doors open was the best! Even the bathroom views were gorgeous! Issac (Manager) and Gerson (in the breakfast kitchen) were super friendly, helpful and efficient. All of the staff were wonderful.
A + for hospitality. We enjoyed the quieter location and the end of the beach preferred for sunsets. We also managed a few sunrises on the other side of the balcony. Tip your breakfast staff. 😊😊We were surprised that other guests were not.
We had a few days of overcast and wind so we appreciated having a covered balcony and extra large room to relax in while still enjoying the view. Relaxing. 🥰

We visited Isla Holbox for the first time and chose a boutique-style hotel right on the beach. It offered great value with large rooms, and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel has eight rooms, plus an additional three in a villa next door. Upon arrival, we received a fantastic welcome from Isaac, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
We selected a standard room, which we knew didn’t have a direct beach view, and that was perfectly fine. The room was beautifully appointed, featuring a large fridge, a fantastic bathroom, and the most comfortable bed. We were extremely happy with our room choice, as it was just steps away from the pool and the beachfront, where we enjoyed pristine, beautiful beaches.
The hotel was also conveniently located just a five-minute walk from a handful of restaurants, including some street food vendors. It’s about a 25-minute walk into town, which was easy and flat, making it no problem at all. Alternatively, you can hire golf carts, which are a fun and ideal way to get around the island, though not necessary. Taxi buggies are also readily available and very affordable. So if you walk into town and find yourself too tired to walk back, you can easily hop in a taxi for about 200 Mexican pesos, and it will whisk you right back to the hotel.
Breakfast every morning was included and offered a good choice, from eggs, avocado on toast to freshly squeezed juices.

We’ve had some nightmare experiences with accommodation on Hellbox so when we reached this location we were in heaven. The room was spectacular! Large, spacious and elegant with a beautiful ocean view and a great terrace, beds so comfortable I wanted to stay in them all day, clean sheets, clean bathroom, wonderful shower with hot water and good water pressure. It’s all super important for me to feel comfortable so I was very grateful. The room also had little fridge and a coffee machine ❤️ The highlight of the stay was the people; our host and the manager of the place Isaac went above and beyond to make us feel at home and happy. His staff was polite and helpful and we felt truly taken care of.
But the real winner was the chef and his marvellous breakfasts he served us with his beautiful smile and fresh juice of the day. And you know what he did on the last day when we were rushing to catch the ferry and didn’t have time for breakfast? He made us the best sandwich I’ve had ever in my life, sourdough scrambled eggs avocado and bacon sandwich which completely stole my heart! THANK YOU! ❤️❤️❤️

A great hotel in a good location. Situated on the beach within easy walking distance of town.
The staff here are brilliant. Isak and Johnny run a great team. They know the value of good service and ensure their guests are well looked after. They go above and beyond to ensure your every need is catered for.
An excellent breakfast is available and good value for the island.
The beachfront suite is definitely worth the upgrade, as it is massive, with a huge private terrace and an unbeatable sea view.
We definitely recommend this place, it was by far the best of the three places we stayed at.

We had such an amazing stay here, 100% recommend. Super friendly lady check-in us in and out. Huge room and bed and all very clean. Fresh towels ánd beach towels.

We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay.
The vicinity/location was perfect for us, it’s a far enough from the centre that it’s reasonably quiet and so relaxing.
The beach/hotel itself, the views are amazing!
Our room got cleaned every day as we bought sand in from the beach and the cleaner was great.
But the best thing by far was the amazing staff! Carolina and all of the workers were exceptional, so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Just on this fact alone, we’ll be trying to come back yearly! Best staff ever and best hotel ever! We loved holbox so much.

Our stay was a last-minute booking for one night, and it served its purpose well. This is more of a house or suite rather than a hotel — convenient but basic. If you're looking for extensive amenities beyond a room and a pool, this may not be the place for you. However, for our needs, it was great. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool area was fantastic, opening directly onto the beach. The on-site team was excellent — friendly, communicative, and helpful.

Very pleasant stay at DK House Boutique — it's only newly opened (I think last month) so still settling in somewhat, but its a lovely peaceful place to be. Very clean and chic. The concierge Carolina and Lucia were very helpful and so friendly. Room was quite bare inside (could do with a bit more decor) but this might be because its so new. The pool and the beach and fab, and beautiful setting overlooking the beaach. Our room was nice although we would have benefitted from a thicker blind from the floodlight outside our room.
Its quite far from the ferry and we made a mistake in trying to walk there after big rains on a pretty impassable road, so advice is definitely to take a taxi there and spare yourself the hassle! 250 pesos.

My husband and I had the most relaxing and beautiful stay at DK House! Lucia is so warm and welcoming. She suggested really great restaurants, arranged a taxi for us, and was so pleasant throughout our stay. The location is 100/10 — in a very serene area of the island, lots of fun day clubs nearby, and if you like walks along the beach very accessible to get to main town area and Punta Cocos on opposite end. The beachfront and pool were very well maintained and there are the sweetest pups that visit. Highly recommend booking here for a very pleasant stay on Isla Holbox!
