Es un hotel sumamente simple y sin vida, el comedor es la misma recepción, las habitaciones son simples sin nada en sepecial y se escuchan las demas habitaciones. Es muy caro para lo que ofrece, la comida es aceptable.

Good hotel to stop for a night… a little bit noisy as it is by the highway… rooms could be slightly bigger… bathrooms are in good condition and rooms are clean… good price to quality ratio.

Uber is not available within the area and so I needed a taxi to bring me to the airport. My problem was I had no local currency to pay the taxi. Hotel reception was very helpful by getting me a ride that accept USD payment. I ended up paying $10 which was ok.

Small rooms, small tv, noisy from the nearby highway, and location isn't ideal. Other than that breakfast is good and rooms are clean. Good hotel if you want to be close to the airport.

The location is good in the sense that it is on a fast track is very easy to access but it is located in an area more industrial than not gives you many options around, nor to enter nor to exit
You will not find around alternative to eating buy by if you forgot something
If you need to eat something or if you spare time you will not have much to do there
If you get to this hotel you need to bring everything you need
The room is comfortable and everything you need
The flat-screen TV seems out of standard because it is very small and bad located
The bathroom is very functional and with everything you need
The breakfast buffet is very good for its genre.

The hotel is very good, clean rooms, comfortable to rest and good view. Very rich and full breakfast. But they should fix the access to the hotel, the signage to get to the hotel is lousy, more if you are travelling at night. And the entrance to the parking lot through a dirt road leaves a lot to be desired.

A little bit crowded and if you don't have breakfast warly you won't find anything.

If you want to rest, do not recommend!

It's a new, clean, secure, simple and affordable hotel to stay at. About 15 minute taxi ride to the airport and the front desk will setup the pickup for you. Location is not that desirable — next to highway and in an industrial park. Front desk person was nice, helpful and spoke English. Had an issue with AC unit in room and maintenance person was up to fix it in 5 minutes.

It is a safe hotel… it has room service and is super well-occupied… it rests well, the service is pretty good.

Very full and tasty breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the super clean, comfortable rooms, I liked that the personal hygiene products are of dispenser, so contribute to the environment avoiding so much rubbish of Botesitos and Botesitos, and the price was the right thing, nothing exaggerated. The rooms seem comfortable for what it is, a quick visit to San Juan del Rio and/or Queretaro. The reception there are some friendly and others that not so much, that could improve. The noise from the freeway is heard a lot in the rooms. The parking I find to be of a good size and in my experience my room very clean.

La ubicación del lugar está en una buena zona para desplazarce hacia diferentes sitios turísticos del estado, las habitaciones son pequeñas y sencillas pero cuentan con lo indispensable para tener una grata estadía y en cuanto al servio es bueno pero podría ser mejor.

Very good place, small but very comfortable. It is 20 minutes from the city but it compensates with the good price on the rooms. Just need to put more tables and chairs for the food area since it is a bit difficult to find place. The hotel has several trucks parked outside and the parking lot needs maintenance. Access to the hotel is complicated.

Overall clean, minimalist room decor, a little difficult to get to due to road design and speed bumps. Meeting room nice but a little on the small side. Friendly staff who were very helpful!

The rooms and the service were good, nothing out of the ordinary, but left me satisfied. Regularly I'd give this hotel 4 stars, but the location is terrible! There are no clear signs on how to get to the hotel, and since it's on the middle of the highway to Queretaro, it's really easy to miss it. The entrance was blocked by cargo trucks twice during my stay, making me go around and taking around 20 minutes of my time since the next u-turn is about 10 miles away.

The hotel is far from the center of the city and traveling there can become difficult due to traffic. On the upside the hotel does offer an adequite sized room with a lowrate, for a person on a business type trip. You have the option of taking the continental breakfast offered at the hotel that is included in your stay. The service is good and the people there do offer to assist you in what you need.

No I loved it, damasiado small rooms, breakfast 'x', and absolutely nothing in the surrounding area. However the hotel is clean and in good condition.

Terrible service, no they have staff, Room 601 without toilet paper or SOAP, call reception and unresponsive ael recepcionisto by the way I had to call from my cell phone to the hotel so I reply and they could take me paper and SOAP in my room.
They should hire more people.
