Bad. Any other hotel is better option. Staff poorly trained. Room and coffee maker dirty. Charge the rate you want and there is nobody to give correct information. They do not respect times of breakfast that they themselves have published in the reception. No one solves your problem. Do not spend a hard time looking for a better option.

All was going well until they disappeared a few headphones of my property. A person who was in charge in turn. I was going to give up and not reported anything. The response of the receptionist was "That never happened and I don't think that the sra cleaning has taken, because we have trusted personnel"… when I asked him about the protocol he says to me "well, we are not responsible because it was lost inside the room"… very unhappy with the situation, very bad experience… there were earphones are disposable, they cost me $400 pesos.

El servicio a cliente es agradable y satisfactorio, tiene una buena ubicación el hotel. El área de oportunidad que noté fue la comectividad del Internet, de repente se iba y regresaba.

Un buen hotel por mucho, agradable, el desayuno buenísimo, los empleados amables, y el servicio eficaz, check in y el check out muy rapido, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, el agua caliente y el baño así como las toallas limpias! En general todo bien! ;) Y no es tan caro por la ubicación que tiene, está super céntrico y hay muchas opciones para cenar cerca.

Es un buen hotel con una hubicacion inmejorable. Sobre una de las avenidas más importantes de la ciudad. Y a sólo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Y con áreas de comida cercanas para satisfacer todos los gustos. Un punto excelente para ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad gracias a que se uncuentra muy cerca de la carretera 57 y que es el eje que atraviesa la ciudad de lado a lado. Definitivamente lo recomiendo por su relación precio servicio dentro del rango de las 3-4 estrellas.

Ubicado relativamente cerca del centro histórico, con muchos restaurantes cerca. En cuanto al hotel está un poco anticuado aunque los cuartos son muy espaciosos. El personal de recepción fue muy poco amable al recibirnos. El desayuno, lo mejor del hotel, cuenta con un buffet básico así como también cuentan con una cocinera que te hace ya sea hotcakes, huevos hasta quesadillas con guisos al gusto.

Buena ubicación cerca del centro, hotel pequeño pero ameno, tiene lo necesario para una visita rapida.

La ubicación es buena ya que esta cercana al centro, se encuentra en junto a red wings, pero por fuera no tiene una buena pinta, por lo menos no tanto para el precio que manejan por habitación, dentro se ve mejor, pero sigue sin ser de la calidad del precio.

Location is good, it's like $40 pesos in ubee from bus station. The hotel is not luxurious but rooms are very comfy, nice and quiet. I had a very good sleep that night. Also breakfast is very good, I enjoyed a lot. I think is one of the best breakfast-included I ever had. Also price is very good for the quality of the hotel.

Major room ventilator issue. Zero vents in bathroom. Why?

There is no ventilation in the rooms, no plugs in the bathrooms, but the rest is pretty good.
