Very good… to rest. Staff very available.

The rooms are spacious but lack a fridge or ice machine although they very kindly gave me ice in their own restaurant. They should condition the terrace outside the restaurant as a smoking area.

The water from the pool was at excellent temperature.

All very well although we didn't try food in their restaurant because we went to KE chelas.

The light's gone and they don't have generators.

The Hotel was very good. Spacious and very clean rooms. Very cozy.

The hotel is very nice, very clean and the staff very attentive, although the receptionist who made our check in was not too affable. The rooms are decent, the bed was comfortable and everything quite clean, they are not very large, but they fulfill their function. The bathroom is fine, and I had room with tub which was very nice at the end of the day. The shower, great!

The beds are unsurpassed, really comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities are modern, cared for and very clean.

There is no room service on Sundays… They do not answer the phone at reception… Check-in is until 3pm… Before… I don't go back to this HOTEL! : (

My stay lasted over a month, I had cosmetic surgery at Star Medica which is 1 block away from this hotel. The kitchen staff was amazing, I can't thank them enough as I needed my food liquified due to jaw surgery. I would buy ice at the Pemex gas station and they would keep in the freezer till I needed it. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items to eat not your typical continental breakfast. The receptionist staff was available 24/7 and if I had a concern they would address it right away. I once woke up at 3:00am needing ice and they directed me to a 24hour pharmacy. They also have juice and coffee available after 1:00pm everyday. There is also a store similar to a Sams/Costco named ChedRaui it's about 1 block away from hotel you can find food, clothing etc. I had a great experience here and will be coming back. The cleaning staff also does a great job of cleaning. They have an iron in the closet but no hair dryer. The chef Bertha, waitress Aby & MIguel were fabulous.

Not recommended. They do not respect the reservations that are made directly from their website, and they do not know how to fix the problem. Tdngo the ID and 3 only performed 1.

Place too nice, very neat everything, looks elegant. They have a fairly spacious dining room, the Windows give you an amazing view. Excellent place.

Excellent place to stay, in work or family plan. Very good breakfast. In my room there were two beds and we walked two adults and a minor. No doubt I return every work visit to Queretaro.

It was a so so place it was ok for the money so if you are on a budget this is a clean and nice place to stay it was quite and clean and personal is attentive an close to downtown in car or taxi wich is cheap. I'll recommend this Hotel Cayala Inn.

Great, comfortable and beautiful rooms for competitive prices. Shower heads could be better, but a great option when visiting Querétaro.

Went to the restaurant for breakfast. The buffet is quite good: fruit, salads, juices, eggs and so on. The waiters are quite attentive and the food is excellent.

Everyting ID going great. The rooms and the services were excelent.

Not served as the tv, the internet is disconnected to each time and the breakfast an asco.

The price is too high for the quality of the facilities of the hotel, the next day I went out and I went to the Hampton In which is 50 meters, pay 100 pesos less and hence if the price corresponds to quality.

It's like your average US Hampton Inn. Nothing special, but not cheap like a Days Inn. My issues were: AC died, had to change rooms. Found a scorpion (only ~3 inches long) in new room on 4th floor. The conference room was boiling every day. I tell the staff and they just go play with the thermostat like I didn't think of that… The last day of my conference, it broke completely. I called maintenance and he says it is blowing but not much. I have to stand on a chair with a lit match under the vent to prove it isn't blowing. He says ok and wanders off — three minutes later I find him playing with the jacuzzi (also broken all week). The maid staff ignores "Do not disturb signs". When they clean your sheets, they actually take them and wash them and bring them back. So forget about a siesta… The maid staff also leaves people's used room service trays on the steps for 24-36 hours at a time, which nearly killed me twice, but I still won't take the elevator because it is so slow. **Warning — Do not rent conference room unless you check it out at 10am on a sunny day first. When they tell you that it will cool down in a while come back in an hour and see for yourself, but remember there won't be a room full of people in there either. Oh, and the maid staff also starts vacuuming the halls at 8 so don't plan on sleeping in, not that you can anyway with the dog across the street that barks all night. Nice little bar, but it was never open.
